Changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars because of Tim, the wine guy. Not only is he incredibly helpful, but he's also one of the most pleasant associates I've ever interacted with. I can tell he really knows his stuff. This is now my go-to place for any and all wine purchases. Sure, the selection is great, probably the best in the city, but there are other nice wine shops in Columbus. However, this is the only place you'll find Tim, and he is certainly worth the trip.

The store is huge, clean, large selection but the real gem is their catering! Soo easy for online ordering or over the phone. They called to verify. Food was ready on time, hot foods hot, cold foods cold, boxed up easy to carry! Such a short and smooth process. Prices were very reasonable and food tasted good. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great store but they hid the Amazon locker near the curbside pickup doors when it used to be inside... The employee I asked told me she doesn't even use it anymore because it feels sketchy and she was right.

Curb side pick up had me wait over 45 minutes. In my parking spot a person told me the Deli was behind with my order. 30 minutes later, I called the store and was told that I had not even arrived. They argued with me about being there waiting after there was a positive check in. ...and I tipped on this? No more tipping.

Nice store. Great selection of goods but completely bass wackwards when you go to use the self checkout in the store which they push you to. If I’m not a local why would I have an Advantage Card which is needed to check myself out??

Clean bathroom and store. Few places left with "experience shopping" with samples live music eating space. Prices hit and miss. But I saved 8% off using upside so... there's that https://upside.app.link/HPXW6

I don’t go here very often, although I like the market and the wide selection in beer and liquor. This is the third time the young cashiers have been plainly rude. They act like they don't want to be bothered or be there- so they shouldn't be.

Great selection. The biggest problem is that with so many specialty items, the aisles have grown narrower and hard to maneuver when there are other shoppers nearby. Also, as with any Giant Eagle location, the prices are higher than the competition. The payoff is selection, service, and quality—particularly the various pre-made meal offerings.
