Mariscos KC - Restaurant in Olathe - 519 E Santa Fe St, USA

I visited Mariscos when I first moved to Olathe and it quickly became one of my go to places to eat. Not only is the service is fantastic, the food is fresh, delicious, and perfectly portioned. They recently updated their menu to include a wider array of meals that allow you to indulge yourself, or stick to the healthier side if that’s what you’re looking for. Last time I visited I tried the new San Pedro Shrimp Tray and their Mango cheesecake and both were delicious. A must try for anyone who looking for quality seafood in the metro.

This place could be epic! Drinks are cool. Service is friendly and kind. Food look great but the seafood was terrible and inauthentic! Not fresh, too sweet, not enough lime, a huge disappointment. Fish was yellow and freezer burned, shrimp were waterlogged and muddy tasting. I wouldn’t even call this Mexican style seafood. You can see the Asian chili sauce on the yellowtail appetizer. No Maggi’s to be seen!

Waited on by Ingrid who was perfect. She checked on us but let us Enjoy our meal without intruding. We tried 2 of the fajita platters The one with octopus in it was fanatic The other one was great too. I loved the choices of seasonings I never eat leftovers but I made an exception for this place. It was a tad on the expensive side I used to come here when it was a BBQ joint so I can tell thy spent some money to update the place. It was clean and nicely decorated

We wanted to get a bite and cool off after a couple of hot hours at a Sunflower Festival. Did a search for restaurants near us and ended up here because......seafood. It did not disappoint. There were so many amazing things to choose from. Everything we ordered was very flavorful and perfectly cooked. The service was excellent and super friendly. Everything came out very quickly. I highly recommend this place for quality seafood at a great price.

My son took me here for a date. I didn't know what to expect going in. Let me tell you, if I could give this place 10 stars, I would gladly do so. The food is amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The food was refreshing and there are a ton of options. It's a cool little spot to have a drink with the crew. The service was friendly and quick. I bet this place is packed in the summer time with all the lighter options on the menu. I'll definitely be back.

This place is AMAZING! The food is fresh and beautifully presented, not to mention delicious. There's a live Mexican band playing at all times and the staff is friendly and quick to cater to your needs, no matter how busy it gets. Depending on the time of day, parking gets a little tight but it's always worth the wait. Thank you, Mariscos KC, for bringing delicious Mexican seafood to our side of town.

This is certainly our new spot to eat at! Absolutely loved the service the waitress took the time to explain the menu, did not rush you and the food was amazing.
