We love living here! We’ve made so many new friends since moving in! The office staff is great! Very attentive and friendly whenever we need their help. Common areas are absolutely beautiful and always so clean. Definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for an apartment in the Annapolis area.
Overall, we love living here! To start off, all of the staff is exemplary and extremely kind. I've always enjoyed talking to anyone that works here. If I have any questions or concerns, they're more than willing to help! Second, it's overall a very quiet community. It's only once in a blue moon that I hear noise from other neighbors, and if I do it's not bothersome. Lastly, the amenities are always kept in great condition. The harbor room, gym, and any amenity is clean. Definitely recommend others to look into living here.
Diana Tomasello’s Management is on point! Very clean. Pool, weight room, and lounge area is always clean and well taken care of. The area for walking dogs is well marked and everyone seems to keep up with their dog waste. Great hub for being near everything. Perfect location.
Stayed with family that s place is a wonderful place to live. Very secure. Smell awesome all the time. Management was also great. If I lived in MD I would love to live here
The maintenance team here at Morris is amazing ! Dalton specifically is super professional and responds to maintenance request almost immediately and is very resourceful ! he even let us use his jumper cables once!
Our experience with Maris has been exceptional so far. The staff are extremely responsive and friendly, and overall the apartment is very well kept. Would 10/10 recommend.
I have been a renter of myriad apartment complexes around the U.S. for roughly 30 years, and I can say without reservation that the Maris property by far is the best one in which I've resided. While the building and its accompanying amenities are fabulous, it is the leasing and maintenance staff which makes living here a wonderful experience. Those on staff are the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. They are incredibly welcoming and keep the residents attuned of fun events held monthly; maintenance upkeep, as well as reminders of the rules which need to be adhered to. Regarding cleanliness and maintenance, you'll be hard pressed to find a better maintenance staff anywhere in Annapolis. Whether it be general routine maintenance or fixing something specific to a unit, their attention to the matter is always quick and the quality of the work is always solid. Special attention should be given to the woman who works very early in the morning (I believe her name is "Netty," sorry if I got that wrong) who cleans the lobby and other common areas, always ensuring an immaculate appearance for current and/or future residents. She keeps the place looking and smelling wonderful! It has been an incredible pleasure to live at a Maris wherein the entire staff puts in such an incredible effort towards ensuring their residents are well taken care of. Well done! :-)
I applied for this apartment and paid the deposit upfront, here now I have been waiting months for my deposit to be returned. I call ask for manager and they can’t put me though or always have an excuse. They said oh we sent your check to wrong address and again I’m still waiting and this is ridiculous. Save yourself the headache don’t apply to live here!!!!!

I LOVE this bookstore. It is so cute and has a great variety of books. The coffee bar made delicious lattes and there was just so much to explore. If I was a local, Iâd come to all their events!

We saw White Christmas - not an exact duplicate of the movie, which was a nice surprise. The acting and singing were on point and entertaining. The bar had many options. The theater was a bit chilly but it was a fun night!
Warm and cozy, I had a decaf cappuccino. Not enough seats indoors for the five of us so we sat outside and discovered their most amazing secret garden. I look forward to returning on a warm sunny day to sip coffee and read a book there.
Staff and servers were great. Nice quiet booth in the back. Perfect dinner for two. All of the food was delicious. Ribeye Steak with crab meat was so good and cooked perfectly. All of the sides, even ordered at half sizes were more than enough.
