We loved it here! We were in need of a short term rental for 5 months and were thrilled to find Mariners Cove. I miss it already! Mariners Cove Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the extraordinary efforts of Sylvia Darrigo, the leasing agent who went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect short term apartment. From the moment we first stepped foot onto the Mariners Cove property, we were struck by its natural beauty. Nestled along the waterfront, the serene views of the marina and the lush landscaping created a sense of tranquility that instantly made us feel at ease. The well-maintained grounds, complete with walking paths and picnic areas, gave us plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and connect with our new community. But what truly made Mariners Cove feel like home was Sylvia's unwavering dedication and kindness. She took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, ensuring that the apartment she found for us not only met but exceeded our expectations. Sylvia's knowledge of the property was impressive, and she was able to answer all of our questions, making the leasing process smooth and stress-free. The balcony off one of the upstairs bedroom was my favorite spot. Sitting out there at night, listening to the water and seeing the moon and stars was just perfection. Living at Mariners Cove Apartments has been a delight for our family. We've enjoyed the stunning sunsets over the water, the beautiful swans, bike rides, the friendly neighbors we've met on our walks, and the sense of security and community that comes with living in such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. Mariners Cove Apartments has not just been a place to live; it's been a beautiful and welcoming home for our family. Sylvia's exceptional dedication and kindness made the entire process a breeze, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to call this place home. My boyfriend and I moved in less than a month ago and have loved it so far. Sylvia was extremely helpful and communicative during the entire process. We have only had minor maintenance issues and they were responded to immediately. This place is super dog friendly and surprisingly quiet. Attached is a picture of our dog Olive on our daily walk by the water.

Mariner's Cove was a great choice for myself, husband and dog! Sylvia is so very easy to communicate with and her team is so welcoming to the community. We love the clean space, the location, the grounds for strolling with your dog and the accessible pet stations is a huge plus! The maintenance staff is very attentive and most importantly super friendly. We can't wait to enjoy our space in the warmer months.

Just moved here from Ohio and really wanted a rental on the water at the Jersey shore. Most places are seasonal and not annual rentals. But I found Mariners Cove and what a fantastic find.! It’s so incredibly beautiful, the views can’t be beat!! The leasing process with the management staff, led by Sylvia, was extremely efficient and easy, even though I was out of state. Sylvia is probably the most responsive person I’ve dealt with in quite some time. Always friendly and willing to help AND has all the information you need! Only a couple of minor maintenance requests since my arrival - all addressed immediately. The neighbors are courteous, friendly and welcoming.! I love it here and I would highly recommend Mariners Cove for its beauty, convenient location and fantastic leasing staff!

Ive had the pleasure of living here since august of '21 & it was the best decision I've made in my undergrad career. Having a child, I made sure this neighborhood was not only safe but conducive for a child's intellectual growth. We have called Mariners Cove home for two + years now and this community has nurtured us both, molding us into positive, healthy, socially stimulated, mentally strong and physically fit human beings! Plus, breathing in the salty air & living on the water is all you need in the morning to start any type of day off correctly! Sylvia and Bernadette have been amazing, the office staff is excellent, and Bryan and Ryan the maintenance men are always there to give a helping hand! I have accomplished so much living in our complex & wouldn't have done so without the help of the team here @ Mariners Cove! I couldn't be more grateful to live where I live, and we welcome everyone to join or safe, happy and upbeat community!

My wife and I moved in to Mariners Cove in February 2022. From the very first time visiting the property and being greeted by Sylvia who was very pleasent and professional to work with. She introduced the complex to us and spent time showing us the model apartment completely furnished so we would have an idea of the space and living quarters. I must say if it wasn't for Sylvia being so thorough and friendly we might have not picked Mariners Cove but we are happy we did. Fast forward to today May 11, 2022 we can say that we made the right choice in Mariners Cove. The apartments are very clean and provide ample space for needed things, the patio has an outside storage shed for bikes, paddle boards chairs or what ever you might need to store. The staff is very professional starting with Sylvia and Bernadette along with Brian & Ryan the service personnel for what ever needed repairs you might need. We did have a leaky sink about a month ago and we submitted a repair ticket in the online portal and within the next day Brian & Ryan where at our place fixing the faucet without issue. As for paying rent we setup auto payment in the online portal and it works without issue, our rent and water comes out on the first of the month without extra charges or any other issues. The location as you can see from our back yard is absoluetly stunning and we wake up to this almost every day the suns coming up, it starts our day off and reminds us how lucky we are to be alive and well. We looked at a lot of places but for the rent we are paying here I'm pretty sure you won't find a view that we get for the rent we pay......Thank you Mariners Cove you are incredible.

It was a very pleasant experience from the first day I visited Mariners Cove as a potential resident to now living here for a few weeks. I am very happy with my unit. Sylvia at Mariners Cove is great and made everything very easy.

Moved in for 10 months. Wish we could've left sooner. Which we did after 9 months because we all got so sick from the mold. Had a musty odor when we moved in around November and come May with the warmer months, is when it all started to get bad. We complained about the AC units being loaded up with mold all inside it and they told us we were responsible to clean them and or they would charge you to clean them. There window units (that were in the walls) with major drafts causing your heat bill to sky rocket (base board heaters). The drains on the ac unit didnt drain probably so thats another reason why mold built up in it.So check your ac units asap cuz they were molded up before we moved in so that was not on us. Carpet was old and should've been replaced. Dryer stopped working after a month and took a long time to get fixed. Replaced with another used one from another appartment. Washer made all of our clothes smell like a wet dog from mold inside that as well. I have a little kid, and when we started to all get sick and didn't get better, I tested the air and there was all kinds of mold inside the place. Place needs major upgrades and then maybe wouldn't be so bad... good location on the water. Maintenance guys were great when they came. Ended up cleaning my ac units for us for free. Annoying residents about me walking my dog. Had a kid smoking Crack out front one night in my one and only spot. Another resident laying on her front lawn half the time from being on drugs or selling them.Only get one parking spot and can never find a blank spot to park in cuz people would literally run and take it after u left. Small water heater so take a fast shower. Mold in dishwasher before moving in also. Plumbing was bad everything was always slow or backed up. Glad we moved out and I'm sorry for having my daughter and wife living in this place.
