We had a memorial service for my sister and stayed here for the first time. It was great. Quiet and clean. The front desk people were the best. The lady in the breakfast room was absolutely the best. She was always cleaning and refilling everything. Enjoyed seeing her everyday. Thank you
We got stuck in the terrible weather and flooding, so had to stay in Ozamis for the night. They were able to accommodate our family. Building is secure, staff available overnight. Clean amenities, nice place. However place can still be improved/ refurbished, hence 4 star rating. Customer service is awesome.
This was a nice hotel in a place that's "out there" for a Los Angeles inhabitant. I stayed in a hole in the wall place in Mojave once before so I was surprised to find this dog friendly, real hotel in the area. The rates were reasonable, the dog fee very reasonable compared to many I've paid and the included hot breakfast was adequate. They have a pool and exercise room but I don't know any details about them. The room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress was firm and the room was clean. There were a lot of channels on the TV, including the HBO channels. I would give them a 5 if they installed some sort of air filtration system in the hallways which smelled of smoke. Our room was OK but the hallway stank. If I stay in Mojave again, I'll be booking a room here (with a caveat to be far from the smoke smelling area).
I was terrified. All of the online reviews said the pool was closed or that smoking would be an issue or there were issues with their room. My father insisted that it was a good place so against my wishes we brought 2 of my kids including one with terrible asthma. It was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip from BC to Palm Springs by far! The breakfast was decent, the room was great and they let us have free reign of the pool. I loved our stay here. They really seem to be doing some major beneficial renovations to the property
The room was bigger than I expected and was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and staff was so friendly! They allowed us to have our dog, which was greatly appreciated. We left most of our things in our car the parking lot, including our 32 in tv, a $400 camera, and tons of clothes. When we woke up in the morning, everything was still safe in the car.
Exceptionally nice hotel and affordable. Clean and comfortable, staff is friendly. Only complaint was the pool and whirlepool did not have the heater on, as it is so hot during the day, but cool at night so it would have been nice to sit in a warm whirlpool. Roomy, comfortable and quite.
Immaculate newly remodeled rooms. Courteous and helpful staff. Great air conditioner (new). Quiet and peaceful nights sleep. I have stayed in Mojave before and this is by far the nicest. Great that it was away from that noisy train!
One of the best places to stay in the area. It has a secured courtyard, outside eating tables, solar heated pool and hot tub ( when the wind isn't blowing). This place offers a free breakfast every morning and their are so many choices to choose from; l love making my own waffle. The staff is friendly and the manager Kathy is amazing!
Comfort Inn and Suites Mojave staff was welcoming and easy to work with from the very beginning. Our team organized a 60-person meeting a few weeks ago. The entire staff at the hotel was very welcoming and provided exceptional customer service - from
