Wow! Great experience all around! Friendly staff and good food are a rare combination these days but Mariachis did not disappoint. We went for an early dinner and were promptly greeted and taken to our table by the front door staff. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and explained some menu items we had questions about while serving us complimentary tortilla chips and salsa. I ordered the Taco combo plate which was very good though I do wish I had ordered the crispy shells instead of the corn tortillas. My wife ordered the beef Chimichanga and it was HUGE and stuffed full of deliciously marinated beef. The manager came over to chat as well and he was very friendly and genuinely appreciative of our business. Looking forward to our next visit and trying more of their many other items, well worth a visit!

I thought Mariachi's was good. The inside is fun and bright. I appreciated the warm greeting from the hostess upon entering in. Our waitress seemed scattered, not very familiar with the menu and we felt kind of rushed by her. But she could've been a newer employee. Our food came out quickly, which was very nice. My tacos Al Pastor were not the best I've had, but they did the job for me. The restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was also clean, which is a plus. Also, the young gentleman who brought out our food was so sweet! Overall, we had a good experience and I feel my family will try Mariachi's again in the near future.

Excellent food, service, & atmosphere! My wife and I had Sunday lunch and it was absolutely amazing!! Well after 7 months I am happy to report we get the same great service same awesome food and the portions have not changed at all! My wife and I eat here at least once a week every week! Still finding new things to enjoy.

Very disappointed. Food was very greasy and bland. The refried beans were the only tasty part of the meal, however, a more appropriate to go container should be considered as they spilled over the sides and into the bag.The two “hostesses “ were not very friendly nor customer service oriented. They were too into their own personal conversations to properly provide attention to their customers. My food came out from the back yet they let it sit behind them for quite some time before even looking at it. The inside is nicely decorated however it is not set up well with the tables to close together.

Not bad. The house margaritas have pineapple in them which kind of throws me off from a traditional margarita with lime and sour. The carnitas we're very tender but lacked that true authentic south-of-the-border flavor that that dish is known for. Service is moderately quick depending on how many people are there. I've been twice I will go again. Give it a shot it might be your flavor.

So I am updating my first review of this restaurant. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. We have this restaurant tried many times hoping it would improve and change but I do my best to give a place a chance. Today was not a good experience. Now we have been here several times. The first time was opening and it was great experience but it was all hands on deck. Every time after it has been bad. An example of our experiences. Ordering fajitas getting the fajitas with everything but no tortillas and waiting 15 minutes for tortillas (eating cold food now. The manager checked on us and basically said sorry with no fix). Another time was waiting for drinks for 15 minutes and waiting for part of the order and never getting it and asking for it to be taken off the bill and another 20 minutes for the check. This is clearly due to under staffing. When you watch one waitress for the whole darn restaurant. You can see how undervalued the staff is. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. They obviously DO NOT VALUE EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE. I recommend going somewhere else.

Well, to start the atmosphere is good , service was good appears to be clean well staffed. I understand that there are different types of Mexican food preparation, and this needs to be addressed in menus. The style we like is when things come naturally, like lettuce tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream, not being ordered on the extra. That said, my plate was dry and more like a meat pie than our preference. Thus, it's okay if that's your liking.

The service was better than okay, but not great. Which I understand near the end of the night, so that I'm not complaining about. Which is why the service still got 4 stars. The main part of both meals were both absolutely delicious, but everything else was not the best. My husband ordered a Cali burrito meal and I had the shrimp chimichanga meal. The rice had no flavor, the beans were okay, the chips tasted kinda burnt or like they were fried in old grease, the queso was very watery with little flavor, the salsa was okay, and as for the lettuce that was supposed to come with the chimichanga I can't say because I did not receive it. Also the chipotle sauce that came on the chimichanga I asked to be on the side, but ended up not getting any of that either. Usually I do not give any negative reviews, but I had high hopes for this place and was quite a bit disappointed.😞 Especially when we had paid $29 for two meals and gave a $5 tip for a to-go order. (Over 15% but just a tad less than 20%) So overall with my recent order I would rate about 3 stars with things missing and all the sides that weren't really good.
