Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe - Resort hotel in South Lake Tahoe - 4130 Lake Tahoe Blvd, USA

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with really nice rooms. We loved our stay here with only few things that could have been better. Only valet paid parking $29 available which is fine but it would have been nice to have folks help with luggage esp since we had a baby to take care of. Front desk gets busy and seems like they are newly trained because it took a long time to help with directions and general requests. Location is amazing with great restaurants nearby and close location to beach and heavenly village. Surprised by other negative reviews we had a good time overall, they play music in evenings and there is an artificial pond with turtles and fishes.

Good customer service and professionalism. The Valet staff are very polite, friendly and in an excellent manner. The room was big and very comfortable. But the floor was sticky (not clean properly) and the small table between the beds was dirty with something like sticky liquid (room 702) check out 08/15/24.

I have stayed here every year for the past 10 years. This is the first time I have been here since it became Margaritaville. I was pleasantly surprised by how nicely renovated the hotel was. The rooms were large with a nice sized table, fridge and living room. Additionally the bathrooms are very well appointed and beautifully designed and decorated. The pool, outdoor patios and lobby are also looking great. I added a photo of the gym since because it’s the only amenity I couldn’t find many pics of online. The gym is small but well appointed. There weren’t many people working out with me so space was never an issue.

We had a really wonderful stay at this resort! It was right in the middle of all of the fun an activities in town and close to the beach too. The hotel was busy but still quiet. The rooms were super duper clean and nice too. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we are in Tahoe!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Margaritaville Resort. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank You, Luis and Blanca for the friendly welcome at breakfast. The continental breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit and so much more!

It's my first time staying at this hotel, and I have to say it is terrific. It has a great location, is clean, has big rooms, and offers ideal service. They also have a very convenient laundry spot for guests, which is fantastic. The only thing to improve is the pool area. It is way too small.

This was our first time staying in Lake Tahoe and Margaritaville is a great place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and kid- and pet-friendly. Location is convenient - shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plus Harrah’s is right next door if you get the itch to gamble.

The hotel itself was better than expected. The rooms were clean and spacious. I had no complaints there. The reason for the low overall rating is for the customer service I have received after the stay. I was overcharged for the valet parking. I called multiple times (never reaching anyone majority of the time), left a voicemail with accounting, and spoke to a person at the front desk and in reservations. The two individuals were helpful, but they couldn't not provide a final receipt, nor do anything for the charges. They had to reach out to others to contact me, but I have not heard back (waiting multiple business days). After your stay, CHECK YOUR CHARGES and make sure you get a receipt for your stay. It took me 2 weeks to get a one.
