The rooms are some of the best in the city! If you get a room on the top floor with the bathtub, it's amazing. You have a double balcony and a dining table that seats 8. You could literally have a party in this apartment. You could almost live in it. It's beautiful exquisite taste and wonderful bathtub definitely large enough for two

If you're looking for a "high class" hotel experience then don't stay here. The room we stayed in #819 was very dated. No USB plugs like most hotels have. The ceiling fan looks like it could fall at any minute. The room was clean. The bed was not too uncomfortable. I forgot to take pictures. But if I'm going to spend the money to stay at a casino hotel I'll stay at the Horseshoe.

Of all the Shreveport/Bossier City casinos, this is my favorite (5 star there, 4 when Vegas and others thrown in). First is the layout, everything is close and easy to get to. Food, drinks casino, hotel desk all convenient. In many "riverboat" casinos there are long halls between each, so this bright easy layout is appreciated. 2)The food is all good. The quick and easy option has a good selection of sodas, juices and coffee with fresh foods and freshly cooked food. At the higher end Jimmy's is fantastic. I've had the seared scallops, steak, most of their appetizers and sides and each has been fantastic 3) the casino is well lit and I always feel safe. I've had some decent payouts. The sports bar is a nice place to sit and play. It's going to get very boisterous as we get closet to the football playoffs. 4) the hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. They have a ceiling fan. I never realized I missed that in hotels until I had one. Overall this is now my go-to casino closest to home.

This place was great. They have lots of new machines and they are spread out very well. We also stayed in a corner suite on the 18th floor that had a wrap around private balcony with amazing 270° views. We will definitely make the trip again.

I will definitely stay here again. Quiet and rooms were clean. Maybe more towels and clean the wood counters better under the sink. Beds seem like a full size and not queens. Other than that, our stay was exceptional. I also loved that they were kid friendly.

Stayed here while in town for work. An overall nice hotel. The casino was fun, too. The staff was very kind, courteous, and professional. My husband and I enjoyed our time here. Variety of food options on the property, so literally not having to leave was fantastic after a 6 hour drive. We will be coming back for sure. Oh and the internet speed was amazing!!

Cleanliness of the room was horrible, there was pubic hair from previous guest in the bathroom shower, hair on the floor! DISGUSTING!! Turned shower on and it was spraying everwhere that it shouldn't have, then noticed the pubic hair all in the shower! Had we not checked in @ 11pm, I would have demanded a refund and found another hotel, but it was too late! Needless to say, no bath that night and family slept fully clothed on our own blankets we brought!! Not worth a damn! WILL NEVER STAY @ THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN!!!

My friends and I come here so often I work here and come almost every week throwing money but I HAVE NEVER experienced this kind of AWFUL service from the non existent waitress to the MANAGER who didn’t seem to care that we had been here for over 3 hrs spending all our money used my free room just to be sober the whole time and use all my money waiting for some SERVICE. You would think that a business would want to keep their frequent customers happy especially the ones that always spend money the manager on this night had no cares she just wanted me out of here window I DO NOT THINK MY FRIENDS AND I WILL COME BACK which is sad cause we are both preferred members almost elite but this really upset ALL OF US
