Marenas Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Sunny Isles Beach - 18683 Collins Ave, USA

What an unbelievable stay we had here! The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to help us in any way they could...especially Cristina at the front desk, and our server/waitress at the resort restaurant. They were both sweethearts! |The food in the restaurant was clean and delicious!! The condo had the most breathtaking views of the ocean. And we never heard an ounce of construction in the condo, or on our balcony. You can hear a little while on the beach, but that's not the fault of the resort. Just listen to the ocean waves or bring your headphones and you won't really notice it. |All in all, I can NOT recommend this place highly enough. It was a very meaningful visit, and a special place to be. We will certainly be returning when/if we come back to the area.

Great resort! Lovely views from the room. Love the kitchen in the rooms. Our kids loved the warm pool! Great beach. Amazing staff ! Only thing.. it needs to be updated! Lots of dust in the lobby and bedroom. The restaurant food was great. I would suggest they switch from white table covers to some color of blue. The tables blend in with the floor and wall that I didn't even see the restaurant. Maybe even add some fresh flowers or candles as center pieces . We will come again . We took our inlaws, and they had a room right next door to us, but it was one unit. We all go privacy.

We had a group of 20+ stay at the Marenas Beach Resort for a company retreat in January. Our group had a great time and the hotel staff was very accommodating and made it easy to book rooms and food for such a large group. The meeting rooms are very nice and worked great for our group. We especially enjoyed working with Franklin and JC who were attentive, helpful and friendly, always checking in to make sure our group had everything we needed.

Valeria and Enrique at the front desk made my stay at the hotel exceptional. Their warm welcome and efficient check-in set the tone. The beach staff, was fantastic, providing excellent service. The valet parking, added convenience to my stay. Their dedication to customer satisfaction made my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to its outstanding staff.

The staff here are incredibly nice! I was here for a conference and all staff were amazing. We were early and the room wasn’t ready, but had to go to the conference before the room would be ready. The staff directed us to a bathroom with a shower that we were able to use to get ready and they held our bags until we got back after the conference. They offer champagne upon checking in and walking in during your stay. The room was nice with a gorgeous view of the beach. The beach access point is easy to find and just a short walk. It also has a kitchen which was great for saving money on food and being able to have snacks around. ||The area is very nice and walkable. The restaurants around are very good. The beach is (obviously) gorgeous. ||Additionally, I left my conference poster in my rush to check out. When I came back the next day they were able to find it! They searched everywhere for me and eventually found it. I am so thankful for their help and amazing service. ||I would definitely stay here again! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I stayed at Marenas for a long weekend with my sister - we originally booked an apartment via airbnb, but because of a blizzard we had to fly out earlier than planned, so we were stranded for one night. We came to the hotel (it was around 2 or 3 am by the time we landed and got there) to see if they had a last minute room available, which there was (we booked a separate room via hotel tonight) and they were able to check us in and give us keys right away, which was very nice. ||The amenities of the resort were great, the staff is nice and very accommodating, especially John John and the other boys at the beach, and Cristian at the lobby bar who entertained us and made us laugh for hours on a rainy day and while waiting for flight delays. The downside of renting through airbnb vs direct with the hotel: |it is private property so housekeeping does not have access. That means the airbnb host is responsible for providing additional amenities (soap, shampoo, oil/salt/pepper for the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc) which our host did not provide unfortunately, though it was included in the property listing. However, it was a bit cheaper to book through airbnb for a place with a kitchen, and still get the great accommodations of the hotel. Would recommend!

Quartier hyper sécuritaire pour se promener et aller manger au resto. |J'y suis allée pour relaxer 5 jours avec ma mère !
