more staff at the concession/bar area! I missed 15 min. of my movie due to an unsupervised new employee with no one there to assist/train him and you could use 2 people in the bar area - keep the line moving....the employees were pleasant, just VERY, VERY slow... Kind of like My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3! Barbie was great! not for kids though... The food was delicious, we had pizza, burger combo and popcorn, with two adult beverages

1st time there and we had such a great time on our mommy daughter date for the new Barbie movie ❤️ the atmosphere is wonderful. You can order food when you first get in or use the app and they bring the food right to your seat. The seats are heated and they recline with a little tray that pulls around for your food and drinks to put on.

I've been a regular at BistroPlex for over 4 years, but for the last 2 months, it’s no more than disappointment. The once excellent quality and service have vanished. With high prices, I expected more than the current chaos. There's only one area to order food and concessions, with a single person handling orders while another does nothing. Arriving less than 15-20 minutes before the movie? Forget about getting food. Plus the Marcus app is a joke – it crashes 99% of the time, making ordering a frustrating experience. The overall experience has become far from ideal. Adding to the disappointment, the seat I booked at BistroPlex didn't work properly, despite their advertised lounge chairs with heaters. When I informed an employee about the malfunctioning heater, their lackluster response was a simple "oh okay." Quite underwhelming, to say the least.

Christmas day tradition and was very disappointed. Went to 11:45 movie, website said they were open at 11. Got there at 11:10, not open. We were finally allowed in at 11:30. We orfered out food at 12:35 and went to our seats. Here was our order... 1 wrap 1 order of wings and 1 small pizza half cheese and half sausage and mushroom. 15 minutes later my daughter got her wrap. 10 minutes after that my granddaughter got her wings. Meanwhile my husband and I are still waiting for our pizza. 50 minutes later we finally got it and it was wrong! It was a sausage pizza, no mushrooms. I didn't eat. I'm very disappointed with the Marcus corporation. When we complained nothing was done! NEVER AGAIN!

It’s nice, the way you order drinks is a little strange and there is a bit of a back up. Also had to wait around for someone to give us our popcorn which was odd. Otherwise nice seats and we enjoyed the show.

It's shocking how much this theater has declined since it opened. While the projection and audio is still good, the seats are already falling apart, and the dining trays are in even worse condition. While the staff was friendly, the theater could have been cleaner and the service was pretty much non-existant. I think the switch to mobile ordering is a good one (they used to have waitstaff), however there was nothing informing me of this new-to-me procedure and the menu selections and food quality has declined while the prices have only gone up. This place was great when it first opened, but it's rapidly becoming trashy. They're even giving Zaffiro's a bad name (how the hell is a pizza going to get cold when it only needs to be delivered a few hundred feet?). What's going on Marcus? You're dropping the ball hard.

They have a very shady payment system inside the theater. Never use a debit card to purchase tickets here, I was charged for the ticket and the money was deducted from my bank account and then the cashier told me my transaction was declined. I showed them on my bank's app the money was deducted from my bank account and the transaction went through. Still the cashier and the manager refused to give me my ticket and just told me transaction was going to fall off. I was very upset. I am going to call my bank because this movie theater stole my money. I had to pay with a credit card.Plus the dream lounger recliners are old and uncomfortable
