Marcotte Motor Court - Motel in Old Orchard Beach - 32 Jameson Hill Rd, USA

Room completely renovated, new blinds. Very clean room. quiet place a little remote. We do not hear much traffic. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, a/c, beds are good. Internet works but did not provide enough at times for videos and see photos on facebook. On the ground, small games module for young children. The hotel has different buildings and cabins. I booked for 2 nights, this part of the hotel seems to have been completely renovated. We were there in the low season. 17-18 May 2024, then about 70% was unoccupied ,it had rain and was cold all weekend had to put heating and stay in our room and listen to the tv and shopping. I will go back. || Chambre complètement rénovée, stores neufs Etc, Chambre très propre. Endroit calme un peu reculé. On entend pas beaucoup la circulation. Mini frigo ,cafetiere, micro-ondes, sèche-cheveux, a/c, lits sont bons. Internet fonctionne mais ne fournissait pas assez par moment pour videos et voir photos sur facebook. Sur le terrain, petit module de jeux pour jeunes enfants. L'hôtel comporte différentes bâtisses et des cabines. Sejour pour 2 nuits,cette partie de l’hôtel semble avoir été rénové au complet. Nous y avons été dans la basse saison. 17-18 mai 2024, alors environ 70% était inoccupé ,il a eu de la pluie et fait froid tout le week-end avons dû mettre du chauffage et rester dans notre chambre et écouter la tv et un peu de magasinage. J'y retournerai.

Musty and no cancelations||953587893||We visited the day before and found the cabin assigned to us to be musty with mold and mildew in the air. My friend is severely asthmatic and could not stay. They offered a smaller room with no kitchenette for the same price but it was just as bad. They use loads of deodorant to hide the smell which I myself am sensitive too. They would not even give us a partial refund as they had set it up that way with booking dot com who claim to offer only the best in hotels. They knew we were unhappy and blocked us from leaving a review. Don't stay here and don't use booking dot com. We had previously stayed at Moontide and that was 100 x better.

I chose this location for my son's baseball tournament he was playing in the area. We came up from RI. The location, quietness and professionalism of the owners all received high grades. The owner was extremely accommodating and polite. The cabin I had rented was clean and exactly what I needed. I will be staying there again next time we come up. Thanks again Marcotte Motor Court!!!

Stayed there since September 2023 till May 2024 living and working for the motel owner. Heat would randomly shut off about 20-30 times during our stay, no wi fi in our particular room, if you desire to reheat your meal AND at the same time use coffee machine, the entire kitchen looses power. In addition, the owner approaches people in aggressive manner, and shows hints of thinking that women are below him just because of their gender which I find insulting. On my very first personal interaction (phone call) with him he was rude and screamed at me over the phone. Stay only if you have no place and for really short time.

My family and I loved the motel room we had from Sunday till today very clean and very nice owner and house keeper Miranda was wonderful and very pleasant for a family trip not wanting to spend mega bucks for a room it was spotless and we will being renting from them again next year if your looking for a set back place and quite go there very amazing place Thank you again for a wonderful stay

Thank you for a great weekend..the guy at the front desk is the best our fridge broke and within minutes we had a new room a small cabin that was just perfect. The trolley stops right in front of the motel. It's super close to everything. The pool was just the right size and very quiet.. and you can't beat the price. We will be back next summer.

This is a very nice little motel for the price. The room and pool was very clean. It is far enough from the beach that it’s quiet, but close enough to walk or take the trolley. We ran out of hot water one morning.

Pour le prix et considérant que c’est à Old orchard beach c’était parfait. Trolley qui passe au 1/2 heures directement au mot olé. Plancher neuf , matelas très confortable. Et surtout propre . En plus wifi , Je recommande . Le seul bémol est que les murs sont mal isolés. Pour le reste tout était parfait .
