STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is actually a ZERO. My brother has been staying here and I had picked him up and dropped him off to help him out with a ride somewhere and upon leaving, the manager lady whoever she is was EXTREMELY disrespectful and controlling towards me and my brother, depending that I give her my ID and information, for DRIVING THROUGH the property. This lady illegally obtains visitors information and if you don’t provide it she kicks out the people that you are visiting. She also creates a whole scene and acts like someone is threatening her when they don’t give them what she wants. She called me a ‘bitch’ because I wouldn’t follow her “rules” after I stated I don’t have to give her my information because I never signed any contract stating I would be giving my information nor do I live there and because of this response she told my brother that he needed to leave . The lady is controlling and bitter. I am extremely confused on how this place is still in business after the many illegal things they do to costumers. Please stay away from this place and find somewhere else to stay. This lady will control your whole life and that’s completely unprofessional. I have no problem waiting off the property so I don’t have another bad experience with this lady. I know my rights and she tries to take everyone’s rights away if you stay there. It’s like living with your grumpy grandma . Please stay away from here.

Cheapest weekly rates in town!;) Very clean & well kept cottages, the only downside is their many rules but if you're able to follow them your sure to have a pleasant stay!;)

I have stayed here for over a month now, and it is still a quiet, clean and peaceful place. The desk clerks are friendly and are knowledgeable about the Spokane area, very helpful and willing to answer questions for visitors.

Good grief! The lady answering the phone is rude and comes off as she has better things to do than sell a room. I've recently relocated to Spokane for a job with a reputable company and have been shopping around for something affordable to get me by while I wok out long term housing. I've been browsing Craigslist for room shares and see the ad for this hotel more than once. Maybe they wouldn't have to resort to ads if they treated people with respect. My main concern was the hotel might be sketchy - but that quickly took a back seat to how hostile the lady answering the phone was. Why pay for ads on Craigslist and then treat potential customer's like garbage?

Called to check and see how much it would cost to get a space for me my kids and my service dog as I have seizures because my husband died and we’re losing our house so I was looking for a place to stay just till my Social Security came through. The lady that answered the phone was absolutely disrespectful told me they wouldn’t be able to help me, and that I had too many people in my family to be able to have help and when I asked for the manager or the managers name so I could speak to them she told me that she wasn’t allowed to release the management’s name and hung up on me best believe I will be reporting this to upper management and hopefully they get rid of this person because that was god-awful disrespect to a woman who just lost her husband and is looking for a place to put herself and her kids so they’re not homeless

If I could negative stars. As a visitor the office manager was rude and unprofessional. When I first got there she made fun of and looked down her nose at my vehicle. Then when my friend went to check out, they accused her of stealing items that belonged to them . After politely asking why she wasn't getting her entire deposit back the office lady got the office manager. She came in and yelled at us called me stupid and told me I had didn't know what I was talking about. All we wanted was the owners name. This is a horrible place I wouldn't have my worst enemy stay here. Save yourself the trouble and stay ANYWHERE else. Because you cant complain without getting kicked out and have s#@# talked about you to other guests and yells it for everyone to hear. My friend got swore at after the manager kicked her out for complaining. And she swore at noth my friend and I when she was checking out as well.

It's very very quiet, the bedding and towels could use some upgrading! Other then that it has been a pleasant stay for the price! The bigger rooms are like a small 1 bdrm apt! The manager could use some time in customer service classes!!

Been here going on 3 weeks now and really no complaints to speak of. Week 2 the furnace quit working but maintenance had it up and running again in a timely manner. At this point, I don't see any reasons why there would be any problems with the management and staff as long as people are doing what is asked of them and abiding by the rules and policies outlined in the agreement
