Maple Leaf Manor Furnished Apartments - Hotel in Spokane - 1702 W Dean Ave, USA

We are a military family that just moved here and had to find a place to stay last minute after finding out the inn on base had no room for our family. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks while we were waiting for our house and I must say I truly enjoyed it. The place was super clean when we showed up. The property management that my husband talked to was so nice and helpful with our situation. I will definitely be recommending this place to other military families that might find themselves in a similar situation like us. On the plus side the neighbor next to us was so kind to give us flowers and dogs treats for my dog.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. ||||I really enjoyed staying here. The three bedroom unit is surprisingly large. It sleeps 6 comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for groceries, the bathroom is really nice, it has two AC units, a full size washer and dryer, and a BIG deck with table and chairs. Oh and they're pet friendly. Management was responsive and checked in a couple of times to see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The only downside is that W. Dean is a fairly busy road so there is some traffic noise, but it didn't change my overall SUPER rad experience here.

We had a great stay here for the weekend! The room was very very clean and quite comfortable, and it's really nice to have a stove and full kitchen. The walk to downtown Spokane was short as well! Staff were very nice and accommodating. Traffic can get a little loud outside, so maybe consider bringing some ear plugs for the night if you don't like noise. Overall I would definitely stay again. We had to find temporary housing for my elderly parents in a hurry and Maple Leaf Manor fit the bill to a tee. They staying in the main floor unit which was impeccably clean (and disinfected, too, because of the extra measures for covid-19), had everything they needed and was easily accessible. The property manager was very kind and accommodating. My parents stayed at Maple Leaf Manor for nearly a month and it was a safe, secure and clean home away from home. Since they were there several weeks, we had some things to communicate with Jerry, our property manager; he was always responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property to out of town guests for an affordable and secure, well-equipped place to stay near many attractions in our town. Close to the freeway, downtown, Kendall Yards, and the arena. Nice and clean, comfy beds. All appliances worked well. Good value.

We travel a lot for work. I have stayed in more different types of lodging than I can remember. I have kept a note book of places that I really liked or disliked. Over 15 years and staying at hundreds of places, I only have 12 likes and 45 dislikes, the rest were all the same. ||||Point is this Maple Leaf place will make #13 liked.||When traveling I just want to be comfortable and not stick out like a traveler or tourist. From the moment I arrived I could tell that the owners and/or operators of this property take very good care of this place. It shows with the well kept fenced yard and the super clean and fully stocked 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in. This old house, that now has a second life as temporary housing apartments for busy travelers like me. As I take my family whenever possible it was nice having the extra sleeping arrangements of a set of bunk beds in the second room. Also plenty of TV channels to choose from to keep the kids quit while I conducted phone calls. I tip my hat to the owners for their wonderful job with this place.

My famy that travels usually by car only about once a year, decided to try something new. Instead of a regular hotel we chose a corporate housing type. We stayed at Maple Leaf. From the outside its a clean well kept old house. On the inside it was a very modern fully furnished apartment with everything for us so we could live like we were at home. We cooked a restaurant style meal that was AWSOME Very clean and stylish. Who's ever Idea this was. You knocked it out of the park. Good job. Also our baby felt welcome and at home. No worries

I come to Spokane once a month and I've stayed here at Maple Leaf and Turning Leaf Townhomes and they always provide comfort-living, home away from home kinda cozy! They have everything I need and I still can cook, do laundry and enjoy all the amenities I have at home; internet, the gym, a healthy home cooked meal instead of eating out all weekend. I love it and it's awesome and they never disappoint.
