Maple Leaf Gardens - Motel in Daytona Beach - 1202 Ridgewood Ave, USA

Not the best place by any means would steer clear of unless u wanna be around riff Raff,roaches,black mold ,etc

There's different landlords at the Maple Leaf Gardens some units Ranges to $700.00 to $1,120. Month some landlords charges weekly instead of monthly here they finally got the pool fixed it took them about 3 long years to fix it 3Dot Realty charges to much on a dinky unit and some of the landlord's at 3 Dot Realty are slump lord's they want there money but don't want to fix anything and they also don't have you sign a year lease like there supposed to but other than that you are walking distance to the dollar tree store and Publix and gas station and there's a little corner store beside of the maple leaf building

Old Howard Johnson Hotel turned into nasty dirty mini condo's drugs addicts & alcoholics live there. A few tenants are not into that sence just down on their luck with nowhere else to go

I have no real opinion of this place one way or the other. The rent seems more affordable than many other places. I have seen roaches on the 2 times I visited someone there. Concrete walls help with privacy. The rooms are the size of a motel room.

Not gonna lie, looks really shoddy from the outside. A lot of 24/7 activity. However, the inside of the units are clean & spacious & the walls between them are concrete so very insulated and generally quiet. Not the vest neighborhood but not pricey on rent & the pool is ALWAYS very clean!

Its actually cheaper than you think,because after a month or two there,they put you in a smaller room for free,its at Volusia county jail

Most horrible place I ever lived! Roach infested full of druggies, nasty management I see the place hasn’t changed in the 14 years since I moved out of there! I see comments where people are hopeful things will get better. Trust me. It will always be a dive

Apartments are terrible, holes in the wall, mice run freely, and landlord are scammers. Gas has been off for a month and they still look for rent money. On top if the gang if druggies here all times of day and is loud. Do not rent
