If you want to take your family for a nice dinner DON'T COME HERE. Came on a Friday night around 4:00PM, there are only about 6-7 tables (two pool tables take up most of the small dining room). Our waitress was terrible despite no other customers, and the food was barely warm / borderline cold (if it was hot, it would have been good). Replace the pool tables with dining tables, teach your team proper service and food handling, serve hot food, and you might have a decent restaurant.

The food is great in this tiny restaurant. The preparations are excellent, and the flavors are fresh and enticing, a step up from most restaurants of this type. The chips are freshly prepared, the salsas are good, and the self-serve salsa bar makes it easy. I recommend the beef enchiladas suizas. The California burrito is also delicious and huge.

My daughter and I went to Idyllwild and found Manzanitas for lunch. It is a small restaurant, good location being close to the main shopping area. They have a small bar, seats about 8 people or so. The restaurant has about 8 tables and two pool tables, all in the dining area. They also have a small patio which would be a nice place to eat in the summer.

The best Mexican food in the area by far! Great drinks and fantastic service from Sema and the team as well. This will be a regular stop for us up the mountain.

Come here for excellent Mexican food! Love their salsa- super flavorful not spicy. I haven’t had a bad meal here yet. Awesome shrimp tacos

Never thought I’d find some of the BEST Mexican food I ever had in the middle of a mountain forest town but here we are! Haha definitely worth a try we got the Birria flautas and the chicken enchiladas. Both we’re great and service was solid.

Food was good, service with a wonderful smile. She accomodated our group of 7 with space between us. Place is small, but inviting

Very good food. Trastes home made. I had Taco de Papa and Beef Taco. Delicious!!!. Horchata was great. Beans were excellent too.Service was great. Only down that I saw was that the place was a little dirty and dusty. Other than that, everything was great.
