Manta Ray Inn - Hotel in Hollywood - 1715 S Surf Rd, USA

I had just recently stayed at the Manta Ray for a total of 12 days at the beginning of December 2023 and was so happy I made the right choice to rest my head every night. The owners were so gracious and accommodating every step of my stay there. I felt so safe coming and going, that being a single woman staying by herself for the first time in her life for this amount of time was so rewarding in so many ways. The view of the ocean from my room was outstanding. I saw the sunrise most mornings, and you are literally steps from putting your toes in the sand and seeing the ocean come and go at their beautiful oceanside Inn. Thankful to have a place like this where even through you are not family, you feel like you are because of the how you are treated. I highly recommend the Manta Ray Inn to anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful, safe, and beautiful place to rest your head.

My family stayed here very recently. Manta Ray Inn is the only choice for us now. The staff is exceptionally accommodating. The beach is much quieter, and for us more enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and have most everything you’ll need. We will definitely be back. Great family run business. Thank you guys.

Quaint, "Old Florida" style 💙 steps away from the ocean. Very clean, spacious room with full kitchen. Within walking distance to Hollywood Broadwalk, restaurants, shops, bars. Family-owned friendly!!

Great place on the beach. Very rarely in Miami does Miami offer this kind of family-friendly location. It's like living on the beach. You can have breakfast or dinner by the sea.|The complex has barbecues and outdoor tables and the service is excellent.

The best place on Hollywood Beach. From the free parking designated for you to the private beach you will love this place. There is a pool for your use as well. They provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach. The rooms include a kitchenette complete with stove, refrigerator and all the pots and pans and dishes you may need. TV, WIFI, Safe, nice bathroom, etc. They also provide outdoor tables +seating with gas grills. You are a beautiful 1 mile walk from the "Hollywood Broadwalk" complete with shops, restaurants and music. Your wonderful hosts Thomas and Georgette are first class. We are a repeat visitor. We love Manta Ray!

Can I give this place 10 stars? We stayed here last spring break on a whim since we have never stayed in Hollywood. We loved it! This year while planning spring break we had to plan around my double ACL injury. The owners of this Inn were incredibly accommodating! I called weeks before our planned trip and asked to reserve the same room we had last year because it was ground floor, wheelchair and crutches accessible, and right on the patio. The owners contacted me back immediately and we booked it. I also needed extra things like a shower chair, more shower rugs, and ice for my knees. All were provided ( shower chair was a tad beat up, I’d recommend a new one, but it was still doable). Every morning I’d wake up and go sit outside with my breakfast on the patio. Most mornings Michelle was there- one of the owners/family members, and we chatted a lot! She was very friendly and kind. Also the maintenance staff, I don’t know her name, was very very nice! This will for sure be our go to place every year while visiting Florida! Thank you for making us feel welcomed and like family!

A wonderful little Inn on Hollywood Beach. Thomas and Georgette make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Free parking. A beautiful beach right out your door and a Swimming pool if you prefer. Towels, chairs and beach toys for kids. Gas grills with tables and chairs. Fully equipped kitchens. A short walk to the Boardwalk on the beach with wonderful shops and restaurants along with entertainment on the beach. Truly a gem!
