Mansion Inn Lake Stevens - Bed & breakfast in Lake Stevens - 1513 Mitchell Rd, USA

After searching the Everett area for a place to stay, and finding that even the more expensive hotels were lacking (per the reviews), we found The Mansion Inn at Lake Stevens. The top reviews didn't lie. Reasonably priced too. Our stay was quiet. Our host was friendly and efficient. (When we arrived around 7:30pm she was waiting at the door, holding it open for us! ) She was there for us, but never in our way. We felt like the entire place was our own to enjoy. Weekday breakfasts were of the "to go" type, but perfectly adequate. WeekEND breakfasts were delicious, one casserole in particular was remarkable! She was decorating for Christmas, and each day new things would appear in the common area - delightful. She has real taste in what she chooses. We stayed in room 205, and enjoyed it thoroughly. We'll be back.

Friendly, clean, comfortable. The view from the spa tub was outstanding. Nice bed, not too hard, not too soft. The owners were very hospitable and made check in and check out really simple. The stay was quiet and peaceful and really relaxing

Was looking forward to this stay. Place was slightly unkempt - water stains on bedroom furniture, dirty carpet and unpleasant deodorizer smell throughout. Cold and uninteresting self serve breakfast. Guy next door is a drum teacher. Had his band playing till 11 pm on a Monday. TV streaming unusable in spite of multiple texts/emails requesting help. No hair dryer. Owner was pleasant. No other guests in the place, but she wanted to charge $25 extra for 1 hour early check in. We've had better experiences.

Our hostess Jessica was great with communication ahead of our visit and during our stay. The mansion is located in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking Lake Stevens. We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the spa tub and the view from our room - thank you Jessica!

We had a great stay at the mansion inn during the Washington Renaissance Faire. The place is gorgeous and the owners are friendly. Very clean and comfy. Thanks kindly.

I found the accommodations adequate. However, that was completely negated when I returned home and found a message where the host, Jessica, accused me of stealing two of her bath towels. My friends, who stayed next door to me in the Presidential Suite, were not given any bath towels. They wanted to use the jacuzzi in their room the night we stayed so I gave them 2 of my 4 towels. Jessica has now charged my VISA for the two towels and has also charged my friends an even larger amount, with no itemization. Apparently FOR TOWELS THEY NEVER HAD. She is also suggesting there is more than bath towels involved!!! All this is via text message. If you stay in this place, be sure to take photos of all towels, etc. It appears that the good reviews mention Rod and Tracy as hosts. We did not have a similar experience with staff.

The inn (really a bed and breakfast) was just gorgeous. Sparkling clean with cozy places to sit and read or just relax. I stayed in the Presidential, a spacious well appointed room with a spectacular view. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Hot breakfast was great. Jessica is a very good cook! Both Jessica and Aaron, who run the Mansion, were welcoming and helpful. Just a great place to stay!

What a beautiful place. The view from our room of the lake was awesome. It's just a very cool building, with a ton of character. Booking was super easy online, there was an issue with one room so they called me and we got it fixed with no issue. I got a text asking when we were expecting to be there, I let them know and they actually got the room ready early for us. Great place I would recommend! The snacks were great too!
