Found this little gem while walking around Manitou Springs and we unanimously agreed that it was one of the best meals we had on vacation. We paid less than $100 (with tip). The staff was welcoming and patient. Our waitress was amazing. She was quite busy, but she remained attentive and didn’t lose her friendliness. The atmosphere was laid back and cozy. We ordered the carnitas nachos and chicken and leek soup. The carnitas were juicy and flavorful. The cheese on the nachos perfected this dish. It was creamy, salty, a little spicy and they didn’t skimp. Initially, I had reservations with the soup because there was a layer of oil just sitting atop, but once you mixed everything, it was delicious. The soup was rich and comforting. I also ordered their blueberry cider and that was just a glass of happiness.
We enjoyed this restaurant and beer so much we had to come back and only a little over 1900 miles. We had the tacos burgers and beer on my. Tried the flight of beers and got a chance to meet the brew master. Food was delicious and will definitely come back next trip to the north.
We ordered the mac n cheese with pulled pork, brussels sprouts, and harvest salad. The harvest salad and brussels sprouts were delicious! Pretty decent portions for both. The mac n cheese was a bit underwhelming. The sauce is watery and ends up at the bottom of the cup, so the noodles generally felt lacking. The pulled pork was good, but the portion was pretty small. We would definitely come back here. Though a bit on the pricier end, the food and service was good, and we enjoyed the hazy IPAs and sours that we tried!
Awesome little town and FANTASTIC restaurant. It’s all about the BURGERS and beer. We had a great waiter, no wait at all drinks came out super fast and food was on point. Definitely recommend visiting this place when in town. Great vibe and food.
They are located in a quaint town at the bottom of Pikes Peak. The food was good, and the service was friendly and attentive. It's not an upscale dining experience, but I rate it a 5 overall, considering what it is.
I had really high expectations after reading the reviews but the drinks were kinda disappointing. Both of our beers were flat. They weren't as cold as we prefer. But the service, atmosphere and truffle fries made up for the flat drinks.
Do you want good food? Do you want good booze AND friendly staff? Well this is the place for you, the beer is delicious, great for post Manitou Incline hiking enjoyment. The normal pretzel bites were good but the garlic ones in my mind were superior! The truffle fries tasted like truffle and were good, the fries were anything particularly special but I’d say above average. I also got the veggie burger I forgot to take a photo of and it’ll be a solid choice for vegans and vegetarians but I heard the burgers are better Beer wise I enjoyed everything I tried, they have a handful of outlandish flavors but it’s definitely more focused on more traditional style ale and lagers Overall I’d recommend this place and I’ll more than likely be back next time I do the Incline
I really wanted a beer and a burger after walking around Manitou for 2 hours. Looking through the beer menu, I found a few beers that I wanted to try and chose the strawberry nitro blonde and a mango one (can't remember the exact names). I do remember thinking that the descriptions of them sounded so intriguing that I had to try them. They were the best beers I've ever had, ever. The flavor blew me away and I have to go back to get more. The burgers were also excellent, and our server was patient, kind, and funny. Overall, our visit highlighted the importance of local breweries and the value they add to our days. My husband and I need to do a monthly excursion to Manitou for a lovely date day 💙

We loved the 11 am Lantern Tour with Mariah!! She was a fantastic tour guide with great stories about the history and haunts in the cave. The Cave of The Winds has been open since 1881 so there is definitely a ton of history to talk about. As part
Manitou is absolutely magical!! Spent 3 days here and I fell in love! I didnât get to go up the incline bc I was exhausted, I literally worked an entire 13 hour shift. Iâm glad my friend and his boys made it while the ladies stayed back! I am def

Love this trail. Only issue is there are only 3 parking spots close to the trailhead. It is most likely you will need to do paid parking a few blocks away.
We loved our getaway at Blue Skies Inn, tucked into a private little spot at the edge of Manitou Springs. With a private drive, three lodge style homes housing 10 rooms, wooded surroundings and gardens, it felt like a secluded spot right where we nee
