Heads up: this is a great park for cloudy day, but there is not much shade near the playground area. As of April 2022, there is construction happening on the adjacent lot which is cool if your kids love construction and trucks, but inconvenient if you’re kids do not like loud noises.
there was a small family with kids leaving just as we arrived for a small walk around the play area. the bathrooms were closed and it was 9am on the weekend. there is a small set for swings on the south end. we did not notice the tennis courts but they may have been covered or around the construction area which is right next to the public park. it's a little park and i think that is what makes it cute but there were some shady figures hanging out in their car in the parking lot so keep an eye out for that.
Great park for little kids to play of all ages. Swings, slides, monkey bars, climbing, it's perfect. Recently completed construction and wide open area for running around and playing. Has great drinking water fountain and bathrooms are decently clean. Don't ever see weirdos hanging out here.
Small but cute park for the kids to enjoy
It's a very small park. Has about 2 slides, 3 swings. Not many things for kids to climb on. My 4 yr old brother got bored within 10 mins and wanted to go to target instead and this kid loves to be outside
For toddlers, this park is the bees knees.
There are high fences that prevent the kiddos from falling for most of the monkey bars. My kid is 20 months old and she loved climbing up to the big slide. I'd love if there was some sort of high sunshade, but it's a great park for the littlest ones and I'd love if there were another bouncer and more swings for the busier times, but overall, it's sufficient and the most important thing is that my kid really enjoys it.
Plus, Ontario's a very busy street, so when other parents see your kid out there, they tend to bring theirs out to play too, so you get a bit more social interaction than at other parks.
The trash cans were very full and there was trash all over the playground area. It needs to be better maintained
Its okay. Not as nice as the pictures though. If your kids like to slide then definitely the park to bring them too.
A very nice, good clean park to "walk" and " jog".
Beautiful away from city noises and chaos of traffic. Cemented no its coal tar road made for walking and jogging. Love it. Will always be my forever. Search ends here.

I love how secluded this park is it's great for little nature walks or sprinting up and down the field. Will say you definitely have to watch out for coyotes here though I had my small Maltipoo get attacked. Other than that it's great.

Great beginner trail. Well maintained fire road or foot paths, if you prefer. About two hours to the second flag at a leisurely pace. So many colorful flowers along the paths and great views from Prado to Lake Matthews.
Great spot to grab a tasty old fashioned (made with Buffalo Trace). They also make a pretty tasty charcuterie board. Great selection of whiskey, wine, & beer. There is no food menu, only appetizer sized snacks to order.
