Mango Motel - Motel in Wildwood - 209 E Spicer Ave, USA

Upon checking in the owners were friendly and their customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, there was a big tv, a closet, cabinet, a mini fridge and microwave. The bathrooms were clean and had a blow dryer. The parking is on site and there’s parking across the street which is great too. The boardwalk is SO close just a 10 minute walk which was perfect and doesn’t have to pay to park by the beach. Definitely worth the money even though it was inexpensive , coming back for future vacations , 10/10!

The parking situation was good and useful. The pool seemed nice and clean. There was a good amount of towels provided, the staff was nice, and it room did the job for the trip. Cons: The rooms had a lack of noise dampening, the office was a bit hot and stinky, felt like there was a lack of privacy (VERY large windows in each room), looks a bit run down, but yet again, this was the cheapest motel room we could find! Overall, it was not a bad room for the money.

The managers were delightful and very welcoming. Thank you! The hotel was very clean, three blocks from Boardwalk and the price was reasonable. Negatives: The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the jacuzzi was cold water. My grandson and I had a peaceful fun loving vacation and felt safe. Once again, thank you for your kindness.

I can't leave a good review. I paid $200 for a room that was the size of my bathroom in my home. I booked a standard king room. I was given Room #3 which was basically a room with a bed. No closet, no where to store clothing, toiletries, etc. I actually felt claustrophobic for the first time in my life. I would never recommend this property to anyone. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed. The room I viewed online before making the decision to stay there was misleading and not at all what I received. The location was the only saving grace of this trip.

We spent two different weekends here! The first was in June, and the second was July. Both for beach blast soccer weekends. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of available parking. Even for our second vehicle ($10 a day). The rooms were clean and well maintained. The owners live on site, so they are always available if you need anything. The pool was clean, and there was a nice little hangout area away from the room doors so adults could hang out at night. Wildwood is expensive. Especially during peak summer months. This hotel was affordable for wildwood standards. The beds were comfortable. We brought extra blankets for the second trip as the blankets were a bit thin. But the air worked great! We have no complaints. We will definitely look to book for next year's beach blast tournament. The owner even said if we book multiple rooms, we'll get a discount for our team. It's definitely worth staying 2 blocks off the boards and having a nicer, cheaper, quieter place!

this place was absolutely disgusting. there were bugs on the walls in the bathroom and flies in the shower, and the bars of soap and shampoo bottles were extremely small. there were also small fly-looking bugs crawling on one of the beds. it smelled like there was mold growing on the walls. the service was terrible and the manager said there was no chance we would be able to get a refund even after telling him how uncomfortable we felt. the door was even lose and it felt like we had no privacy. my boyfriend and i checked out 3 hours after checking in and we will not be returning.

My family loved it here! Much better than the previous motels we stayed at! Super clean and the staff was kind. Very close to the boardwalk, pool is clean, and overall a great experience! I recommend staying here!

What a pleasant surprise! We booked the Mango Motel along with the rest of my daughter's travel basketball team for a tournament. We did not expect much, but we were wrong. Let's face the fact that this is not the Four Seasons. The Mango Motel is a motel at a beach town. Remembering that, our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, prices reasonable, and service incredible. The owner was pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean and nice for lounging. The location was walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay at the Mango Motel the next time we're in Wildwood.
