Bridge to bridge, great morning walk with my dog.

The Manette Bridge is one of my favorite bridges because it's traditional construction, great view, padestrean walkway, and overall ambiance. The 4th of July Bridge Blast is great! You can watch an air show of loops spirals and dives. The fireworks were unique. My favorite was the waterfall of fireworks over the bridge into the water!

This bridge, built in 2011, replaced the historic Old Manette Bridge (c. 1930s). The new bridge has a very nice wide sidewalk for pedestrians. Great views to the north, south and west.

A somewhat like an arts district or local community based businesses, arts, small bar, 5★ gormete fine dining offering all the class, and finest of cooking that a high end fancy expensive restaurant could offer, but with a warm friendly close to home and and affordable, they treat you as a close friend and not a "order ticket" they are real people to people, not overly packed, and the attonsphere is lay back and rolls with the flow, if you like gormete kinda meal, or prefer good ol American home cooking, a salad, a drink or you like a nice wine and something that couples well with it, hound and bottle, they also help in the community and have been generous to many missions, shelters, animal resuses etc, they actively are committed to make a diffence, caring is an action not an expression to describe a feeling as of where you stand or personal regards, I have been helped many times and I am so thankful and blessed to have know the owner many years, also there is more(I am not as accounted but I am sure these to also do for community as well, they are all tightly nit and no one's a stranger definitely as neighbors should be) the bakery Sabatore awesome European style treats very very heavy, heavy ingredients heavy in weight, they make every thing from scratch all but stone ground the grain and flour they also have excellent sandwiches and salads, I don't know the menu to well or what the treats are called ( I discovered them from the dumpster behind the Nannette ahhh don't tell and hey don't judge you have no idea the weight in treasures, gold, gems, and wow) just check em out, the store... And Kristie and larys they have been standing sting through the years all others have come and went but they still stand today and also the best doughnuts and pastries (truth stand the test if time) hey they are still here.. go early, they are regularly sold out within a few hours and close long before the hours posted. Also sisters jewelers, local and definitely original, not mass produced like the other places.. the boatshed I haven't eaten there but anything that stands strong against low tide and sewer treatment close by (safe distance) and people not only still come to dine, not only taking up the seats outside as they go first but the come in mobs and crowds and I imagine probly a wait list? Or restoration on busy times? That's gotta be some serious good cooking, oh and it's on the water and you can come in by boat.

The Manette bridge is one of 2 bridges that cross Port Washington Narrows. Connecting the community of Manette to downtown Bremerton. The original Manette bridge opened on June 21, 1930 and closed July 24, 2011. The bridge was a steel truss bridge with a length of 1,573 feet. The new bridge is constructed of concrete. The new Manette bridge, has wider sidewalk and car deck. The new bridge features classic but modern design.
