I really liked the food here but the atmosphere and the service you get is below average. The food is priced $3-$4 than what its worth. I ate the steak salad and it was delicious. If you only care about eating the food and dont worry about the service, atmosphere, and paying a premium price, then go here.
A couple of weeks ago while up in the Folsom Area we decided to try this restaurant. My daughter had gone there in the past. This is a bar / restaurant kind of in a small strip mall. My wife and I split 2 dishes for lunch. We split their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and a Bulgogi Hoagie served with fries. Both dishes had nice flavor and were perfect to split for 2 people. Definitely a place that the locals go. The staff was friendly and they have a good selection of beers to choose from along with a decent wine selection. Not a fancy place at all but we wanted a nice meal that also wouldn’t break the bank. Visit if in the area.
First time back in a while and forgot how good this place was. Great service. Ambience is casual and inviting, feels like you are part of a community. Food was excellent calamari strips to start. Jambalaya with pasta was excellent, seafood fresh, tomato broth spicy and rich in depth, pasta well cooked. Will be back!
Really loved the appetizers we order! The stuffed mushroom was our favorite. One of the best garlic mashed potatoes we've ever had. The rosemary was a little too much for our liking. Every bite tasted like it and got overwhelming after a while
Had a very enjoyable dinner here. The ambiance is quite casual, yet the quality of the food & service was high. Exactly what we were looking for, a good ribeye, a nice glass of wine, attentive service but in a relaxed setting that had the vibe of a neighborhood hang out.
Food was slightly above average, but I wouldn’t consider it amazing like many reviews make it out to be. We had the Korean Beef and Asian Chicken Salad, that we would get again, but weren’t blown away by. We will be back to try the Risotto!

Very casual atmosphere. Very family friendly. It was my first time eating at Manderas and I loved it. If you crave quiet maybe go elsewhere but the food is fantastic.
Delicious food, fast service. We ordered among other burgers a lettuce wrapped BBQ Bacon Burger with BBQ sauce on the side. Great customer service. The music was a little too loud for our party's liking as we wanted to have conversations over dinner

The workouts are AMAZING because you never do the same thing twice. All the exercises work multiple muscle groups at the same time and you combine that with the interval training and I'm burning lots of calories. It's not uncommon for me to burn 700
