Second Visit: The person/manager at the reception cursed us in a foreign language while talking to the waitress, and he assumed we wouldn’t understand it while we were seated at the table. I would expect better hospitality from the staff, even when the food is top notch. That’s not how you talk about a customer. First visit: First, we tried the Chicken 65, which was a spicy and tangy appetizer. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the spices were perfectly balanced. Next, we ordered the Chilli Chicken, which was another spicy dish with tender pieces of chicken cooked with bell peppers and onions. The sauce was thick and savory, with just the right amount of heat to make it interesting. The chicken was cooked to perfection and was very flavorful. For my main course, we got the Chicken Hakka Noodle and Chicken Fried Rice. The Chicken Hakka Noodle was a delicious blend of stir-fried noodles with vegetables and tender pieces of chicken. The noodles were cooked al dente, and the chicken was cooked just right, not too dry and not too moist. The Chicken Fried Rice was also well-prepared, with fluffy rice and perfectly seasoned chicken. I would prefer the latter as it a personal preference. Overall, the meal was a delightful culinary experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Indian cuisine. The taste reminded me of the authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine that is famous Kolkata, India. The flavors were bold and complex, and the portions were generous. The service was also excellent, with attentive waitstaff who were knowledgeable about the dishes and made great recommendations. So shoutout to Iqbal. If you are looking for a delicious and authentic Indian meal, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Some of the most delicious Indian food I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. We live in the area and have been putting off coming here for special occasions so we came on my birthday, but now that I’ve been here I will be coming back regularly. If you can try to have Mitre as your waitress because she is a delight.

Decent Indian food in the Manayunk area.. parking is an issue due to the Main Street but great location and plenty of tables for dine in.

A cute little restaurant on Main St. We dropped by for Wednesday dinner and it was mostly empty. Food came out quickly, and everything was delicious! We’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Folks, go to this place. It can’t be sitting empty on week evenings.

My friends and I went to this place for dinner.The place had a nice ambience and the person (owner or manager) was very welcoming. We ordered veg dishes like kadhai paneer,daal makhaani, gobi Manchurian and for non veg we just had chicken 65. Everything was good and tasty. We also got extra butter and onions. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back to try out some non veg dishes.

I went with my boyfriend and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and everything was very well spiced. The service was great and very friendly. Food came out quickly and overall the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. Definitely will be back here soon!

Amazing!! The food was delicious and had great flavor. You can pick your spice level when you order. Service was good even with a lot of carry out orders and a couple other tables. Very friendly as well. Samosas, Naan and the Paneer tikka masala where all amazing. Great flavors.
