I went here for the "graphic design" course. Let me tell you DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have never experienced such a horrible teacher in my life. Marina was the worst teacher they could have ever had for a design course. I know multiple Creative Directors in Design and they were appalled by the curriculum that she had to offer. Using YouTube videos from 2011 to not have to teach a lick of design. We use 2024 photoshop and she was using 2011 youtube videos. The program is also half photography half graphic design. So you are forced to do photography even though you sign up for design. Her main focus and really only focus was photography and the design students were left on the back burner only learning a small amount of design. She is not up to date with the times so your grade was based on what she thought was a good design not what the industry has turned into these days. She is stubborn and rude. She insults students and is actually terrible at her job. She said rude things in front of othwr students about another student with ADHD. The class started with like 22 people and ended with around 12 because so many people wanted their wasted money back. She told myself (pregnant at the time) i needed to go see a doctor for my sun damage and pimples. Marina Poskurina is the absolute worst "professor" i have ever experienced. Also none of the administrators did anything about the situation even though atleast 5-7 students went to them about the same issues on a consistent basis. She should be charged with multiple violations of her teaching contract but hey gotta protect the cheapest teachers to not have to pay for an actual good one!!! Dont go here they also treat you like youre in middle school with uniform restrictions and PARKING IS HORRIBLE HORROR HORRENDOUS.

I applied for surgical tech did all my paperwork.. a lot of documents, finish by end of March. They made spend money for background, account setup etc. I emailed the counselor Amy Gates several time. I EVEN HAD AN APPT with her back in December, but she had someone else call for her saying that she was not available and could or not want to reschedule. She never ever replies to emails or calls. What good of a counselor is she, she suppose to help students, that s her job. I found more help from Ms. Brutus then her! Btw, early April they emailed me saying that the program was already full..?? Made me waste time and money. So, I went to Suncoast Tech in Sarasota and I got in! Especially they re friendly, very helpful, professional and the counselor always reply to my emails!!!! Learn from that Ms Gates!

I'm a concerned Salon Educator and professional for 40 years. I have come across students from your school 2020 .. I understand u combine Cos and Barbering in same clinic?? There was also Bias distribution of certain students getting more hands on with foiling , coloring etc .. why weren't ALL students getting fair share of everything they need to know and learn in every aspect of the field ? Stylists also can do Mens hair 😉.. I find this disturbing..Your instructor needs to teach better in fair quality .. and all students should receive equal attention. In Cosmetology all students should learn " Pivot point Haircutting.. it's the ABC of learning basics in haircutting..they can advance further much easier in the workforce.This is the reason tuitions are paid to prepare for service field. I would love to speak to the director of this school maybe share a good insight on this . By all means. Upgrade your clinic for more experience with hands on and not just a mannequin.

I had my hair cut and dyed by a student named alexia last week she did a awesome job and she was very professional, It was my first time coming in but I will be back ,I really think it's a cool program .The only thing I was kind of disappointed that I couldn't tip the young lady who did my hair ! I understand there students and it's a sc ool and if( people didn't come in they would have to practice on a barbie head all day ,) I think they did the work we should be allowed to tip but I will be back .love the services I got

Not a student but had state exam scheduled here, staff was all incredibly kind, helpful & friendly. School is huge with many amenities & seemed very clean!

At MTC for Digital Marketing Workshop . The classroom has comfortable seating , clean , spacious , and plenty of parking . It’s right off the highway so easy to get on and off the highway

I took the marine class and it was a waist of time. The first half of the year we did nothing but read a textbook that should have took use a few weeks to do. One of the instructor is bias towards students he likes and will give them more opportunities then others students. They claim they get you Yamaha Cert but when I went to a dealer they said that doesn't mean anything to them and they are just going to retraining me and send me to actual Yamaha school. Everyone other person I talked too says going to this school was a waist of time. They allow for students to work on boat but only students the instructor likes. They also say they will help get a job but one instructor tried and the other one could have care less about me and checks up on his favorite students. Its a waist of time and you could learn more from getting a job as a shop then here for free while building trust with that company instead of going to this.

We set an appointment to get a better understanding of their facial specialist program. We arrived on time just to be turned away by an extremely rude front desk receptionist named Irene. She claimed we didn’t have an appointment and the person we were supposed to meet was in a different meeting. We drove over an hour to be here. It’s one thing to overbook and forget to cancel it’s another to set the time and day to meet and forget about the appointment all together then proceed to belittle someone when they arrive. Get into another field of work Irene your clearly not a people person.
