My wife and I were up visiting Oswego County and family from Tennessee when we found this little gem. They have beautiful hand crafted, homemade chocolates and candies. They package your candies with great care in beautiful gold boxes. We tried the sponge candy and it was phenomenal. My wife went on a candy shopping spree. I even got some sugar free candy and it was fantastic. The sugar free almond toffee went perfectly with my coffee this morning. I highly recommend stopping in here if you have a sweet tooth or just want to try some truly wonderful artisan chocolates and candy. The staff were very professional, they knew their product and you could see the pride they take in their work.
My jaw literally dropped when I walked in this place! Such a cute little box for the truffles (pictured are dark chocolate sea salt, chocolate, toasted coconut, and butter pecan). I also love that they have an ice cream shop. They have so much stuff here, I'll definitely be checking it out some more!!

Great product. Ordered chocolate covered Oreos for my daughter's graduation. It was the perfect treat! Love Man In The Moon!
Man in the Moon Candy Store is a exceptional place to shop for all your candy needs and more......! I would recommend this place of business to anyone. I had some friends from Canada visiting and she wanted to know a good place to buy chocolates, an so I brought her to Man in the Moon and she was delighted over what the store looked and the chocolates she bought was like heaven. When they make the trip back she and her husband are going to stop by again. She could not believe how everything tasted. Thank you again for everything.
Great selection of chocolates...my friends loved the chocolate and fudge....nice shop too....
Man in the moon candies is a real deal can't shop. A great vast majority of candy is made in house. It has chocolate and candy for any occasion, i.e. Valentine's day, Easter, Christmas. Prices aren't what you will find at a big box retail store but they also won't be the same handmade quality. Stop in and try some tasty treats for yourself.
We used Man in the Moon candies as wedding favors and it was perfect! The owner was super easy to work with and very helpful. Communication via email was great. We picked the stamped bow box with two truffles and ordered stamped dessert napkins. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and service!

Informative museum with kid-friendly exhibits. Seeing the Derrick 8 canal boat with engines and boiler was fascinating. The LT-5 tug boat that participated in the D-Day invasion was very interesting and surprising. Highly recommend a stop at this
Amazing historical site. The volunteers and staff are all history junkies and will be able to answer almost any questions regarding the facilities. I had a wonderful experience climbing the ramparts and exploring the underground structures. Some o
Food is pretty good. Staff is friendly. Your order will probably take a little while to be served. However, that's because it's being made fresh. Decently priced food. When your calzones are ready, they are served approximately the temperature of the
We went here in September to tour the Oswego lighthouse, and it was very nice. The grounds and building(s) were clean and well taken care of and after the lighthouse tour, accessible by the small pontoon style boats, we even walked along the new pier

So many choices! Lots of different flavors of both regular ice cream and soft serve. Lots of different kinds of sundaes too. All reasonably priced! We go every time we're in town.
Best place to stay and eat when you battled Salmon and Steelhead all day. Mike and Bobbie's hospitality is the best.. would definitely recommend it to everyone who fishes in the area or is just there to visit and need a place to stay. Love Sticks
