Love how this place kept some of the original beams. The patio looks like a great hangout but 28 deg temp was too cold that night. The kitchen was closed as well since it is located in the airstream. Will try again when the temperature is more favorable for outdoor gatherings.

Really nice spot where my friends and I like to meet up and chill. The bar tenders are friendly and the crowd there is always a vibe. Really clean, cool atmosphere with outdoor heading and a fire pit. TVs to watch the games and lots of outdoor seating

The staff is always helpful, kind and timely! One of the best bars to kick it at in the city, wether it's brunch, late night or a friendly meet up with clients this place fits. Yard games, great menu paired alongside a fair selection of beers and cocktails. Can't miss with a simple night out at makers alley. Think ahead for parking is all

I like the place, but since it is mostly outdoors, it is affected by the weather. It's hot or cold or wet. So far, it's not some critical problem, but be aware. The staff is great. The beer menu is on a screen up on a wall, so if your vision is not so good, it can be inconvenient. As far as I can tell, the food out of the Airstream trailer is ordered only by a digital menu. I have seen people order at the bar, but the expectation is that you can the QR code to get to the online menu and order from your phone or other connected device. I can understand it, but I want a printed menu. I went to the place yesterday (8/25/23) to kill time until my bus home from work got close, and there was live music and some children were playing the lawn games on the Shipley Road side. The music was good. The vibe was good. Everybody seemed to be having a great time.

Cliff and his crew are nothing short of fantastic. Wish I could give Maker's Alley 10 stars...because they totally deserves it! After finding MA online, we did a recon visit to check it out for our daughter's Rehearsal Party. She and her fiancé - now husband - live on the west coast but the wedding was being held at Terrain in Glen Mills, PA. Maker's Alley seemed to personify the couple's taste...a low key, bohemian, casual yet cool vibe. It did not disappoint! The entire staff - from the security folks at the door to the kitchen guys to the bartenders - are just so friendly and warm. They truly set the tone for a great experience! There is a great variety of IPAs and the mixed drinks were awesome. And the food that comes out of that Airstream is incredible! The Cali folks went crazy for the crab fries, but absolutely everything was fresh and delicious! (One guest tried their darnedest to figure out out to get the chicken sandwiches back to Orange County!) I realize that it Maker's Alley might not - at first - feel like the right place for an event like a Rehearsal or Engagement party, etc but do yourself a favor and give them a shot. We will DEFINITELY host another important event at MA and look forward to getting that scheduled. Until then, we'll continue to make the hour drive from PA just to hang out at one of our favorite spots. A huge THANK YOU to Cliff and the entire Maker's Alley crew for providing such a stellar and incredibly memorable experience for our daughter's wedding weekend. BRAVO and keep up the great work! See ya soon! ;D

I really enjoyed a laid back night at M.A. with the band Dodging Cupid that was playing. Band performed outside and was really good. Weather was turning cold that evening but the seating area is sheltered from wind by surrounding buildings. No coffee was available but my ginger ale was free. Good to get out in the city. Safety was no concern as a security was present.

This is a nice cool place to come after work to relax. They have card cards, outdoor seating with fire pits and heaters. A food truck that serves food in a fast amount of time. Great staff. They close at midnight but never been rushed out. The staff is personable. Drinks are reasonably priced. Sometimes they have a dj and it’s super lit. Mixed crowd with barely any drama.
