Majestic Oaks RV Community - RV park in Zephyrhills - 3751 Laurel Valley Blvd, USA

Took a quick trip right outside of Tampa with our travel trailer for a few days. Pros: The community is absolutely nice, clean, well kept & a very quite, mature community. Pet friendly, nice dog park. The people that we met while there were REALLY FRIENDLY. The office staff Rachel was very informative & friendly & patient also. Keri, pardon me if I misspelled her name, the office manager was helpful with immediately refunding us a percentage for the day that we arrived because there was a lock on the shut off water valve, we wouldn't have had water at that spot, however, we was able to move to another spot not far from the original spot that was a available which had water available. That was a plus! There is a good bit of activities/amenities to do in the community, you will not be bored. Absolutely beautiful landscape, met nice people, not to far from local restaurants or downtown Tampa. The price is great! They also serve free popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate. Cons: The property is located next to a train track At least 2 trains pass between 2:30-3:25 AM blowing the train horn. That's not good, My best sleep is at those hours. If you're good with the trains, then you're good. The property is located next to two plants, A steele plant and another that appears to be a cement making company. The noise from them working EARLY in the still dark morning, & this horrible sound that sounds like a whale horn all night long, I have no idea where it comes from. That's it. Overall, I recommend this Community. It's also a 55+ community. It was really, really nice.

We stayed here during our transition from land life to moving on the water. What we really like is the price in today's market. We could still afford food, and we could cook it all at home.

We use this resort to store our storage trailer.

Great place for short or long term. Safe as can be. I’m a disabled veteran and I didn’t have any bad feeling with people walking around . Beautiful trees to look at. Really a gem to find. Lodgings were as posted. Follow the rules and it’s one of the best stays we have had around the country. Wife RN and I’m a RRT. Really pet friendly! They love leashed pets and you see all of the furbabies walking around the blocks with their hoomans.

They post on Airbnb. The one thing that they fault is WI-FI. When asked you get enforced email no steaming. You only get antennas channels. False advertising period. They will tell you ad Spectrum and then don’t respond. Anne is false advertising. Thank god I cancelled my reservation.

Loved your RV Resort. Property maintained beautifully & people extremely Professional. We were fortunate meeting Kay, who works for Sun Property as the Housekeeper. What a professional, well spoken employee you have been lucky too have on your property! We’ve traveled through this country, stayed many places, met many housekeepers, but this women definitely takes PRIDE in her work ethics! You are extremely fortunate to have such a devoted employee on your staff! She allowed our stay to have been very pleasant! We would highly recommend your Park to family & friends!

We had made arrangements at another campground in the area while I came to Moffitt for a check up. When we arrived at the campground it was totally unexceptable. I called around and was referred to Majestic Oaks RV Resort , I called and spoke with Ann. She was a lifesaver for my wife and I. Her compassion and comforting way is a total asset to this beautiful resort. Ann, thank you for your thoughtful and caring ways, God bless you.

Great location.....next door to a cement company that bangs and clangs at 5am. Not just little sounds but ones that make you jump out of bed wondering what the hell was that. Wonderful place to stay if you don't mind being woke up at 5 in the morning. If you can find a site away from the west side of the resort you will be ok. Wonderful staff that do all they can do to make your stay enjoyable.
