If I could rate lower I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had to retake my EPA test 3 times because I failed the core. Each time I took the test a new account was made so I was unable to check my scores. Every time I called to inquire they asked if 30 days had passed, if it hadn’t they just hung up the phone. So I had to wait a full 30 days in between each time testing even though the results were posted 4 days after I had no access to them. This has inconvenienced me and my employer greatly since Trying to call the EPA so I can see if my test results are in because the last three times I took the test. They had the results back In 4 days but no one will talk to me until 30 days past but I can’t get my raise until I pass so they’re costing me money by making me wait 30 days, so use a different company.
Great online institute. I got my EPA section 608 certificate in 2017.
A complete success!! Thanks, Mainstream Engineering, coming back soon for more certificates.
Any good reviews for this company are from years ago, and for good reason. Testing materials have not changed in years but prices continue to increase as well as time to actually get any results. I understand they do many military contracts now, so it seems the rest of their business has become very secondary to leadership. There are many places to get an EPA certification, and this company is not competitive with any of them.
Wanna wait for weeks for most basic exam results? Rude ladies hanging up the phone on you? Right here.
I wish I could give zero stars. What an absolute joke this company is. My husband has been waiting on his test results for three weeks. The company itself advertises that it has a 48 hour policy to grade tests once received. There’s absolutely no way that it takes that long for a test to be received when it is being shipped to an address within the same state. Everytime we call, the rude old lady on the phone who very clearly hates her job is just so pleasant to talk to. For two weeks now she claims their “systems are down” and refuses to help at all. Now when I even call to see if the system is back up and she can help me, she just hangs up on me. We paid $100 for my husband to take the test, but yet the company can’t even be bothered with helping anyone at all. Go somewhere else for your test, I promise the hassle with this company is not worth it. Don’t believe me, just check the other reviews, we’re clearly not the first to have these same issues
My universal EPA 608 certification ( HVAC I , II and III ) was processed at light speed thru Mainstream Engineering and they are the industry standard just remember protor and mailing system play a huge part in processing time
Even I answered all question correct could not pass. Fake or they want me pay one more time but I won't and will try another provider.
I got my EPA 608 from Mainstream around 2001. Recently I have needed a new card. I contacted Mainstream to get the card. They cannot find my information so they cannot verify my certification.
I asked them "Can they guarantee me they will not lose my info again If I retake the test through them?" They never answered back.
I WOULD NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR THE EPA CERT.
Best in the business! Not only do they focus on skills but also the mindset of the players, the importance of being a good student first and building character. Weâve watched our son grow with a passion for basketball and we give so much credit to
