MainStay Suites St. Robert - Fort Leonard Wood - Extended stay hotel in St Robert - 227 St Robert Blvd, USA

The hotel is perfectly adequate for the price and location. The service was exceptional with super friendly staff. My only real complaint is the humidity in my room was really high. So, high all my clothes were damp and mold grew on a towel and wall after it hung for 48 hours. I used the "Dry" selection on the A/C and tried both really cold and really hot to reduce the humidity but nothing worked. I should have told the staff and moved rooms bur didn't want to pack move and unpack. I informed GM when I checked out and she seemed shocked and said she'd look into it. The breakfast only had waffles, biscuits, gravy, cereal, boiled eggs,and pastries.

Incredible welcome, super courteous night service at Mainstay Suite St-Robert. The staff is very accommodating and incredibly cheerful. I loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and the pillows were super comfortable and plentiful. I had the chance to mingle with people from several nations in the morning, which made my experience even more incredible.

Fantastic staff. Great breakfast. And clean. Given the current circumstances with the storm that knocked out my power. They have been very accommodating and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality ❤️

The front staff are absolutely lovely! They were kind and very accommodating. My fiancé and I were passing thru with our Chow Chow and finding a spot to land that doesn’t cost and arm and a paw can be tough. I am so please I took a chance on this place! Rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is a lot more than you’d expect for a hotel at this price point.

For the value, this hotel was exceptionally nice. The rooms were very clean and pleasant and came equiped with a kitchen!! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the price was so cheap. It also allowed me to bring my pets (reptiles) which is a huge plus as most places don't. Not to mention, the staff was so friendly and helpful throughout.

I'll keep this short and sweet... Overall, this was a good choice for a long term stay. Room was comfy and we'll equipped, pool is small but nice, with a good area to relax and grills are available. Free washer/dryer and decent small workout room. Room service was good, and front desk was helpful and nice. Now, the less good stuff. Internet sucks, seriously... Slow and spotty at best. Breakfast, it sucked also. Exact same almost everyday, no variety, no real breakfast meal, just some things to grab. But the kitchenette/fridge/stove in the rooms helped make up for it. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for the price! Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed! I would definitely stay there agin!!
