The smell alone should be enough to run you out of here. Fire alarm was never replaced in my room as requested on the first day of checking ING. The 'manager' stated that maintenance would be there tomorrow. They never showed up. Dogs all night barking, shower dripping all night, the bed was curved inwards, so we rolled into each other all night. The pet area waste basket hasn't been changed or cleaned in a long time. Get your employees off their phones and out cleaning.

Eboni at the front desk is amazing! She is very helpful and understood our situation. She gave us an amazing room to make our puppy comfortable. We need more people like Eboni is this business. I highly recommend staying here with you dog.

My stay here has been fantastic. The front desk are full of superb people! A note worthy one is stephania, she's extremely friendly and professional. She has helped out with a lot and any issues I had she fixed. She has helped made my stay here easy. The pool when open is fun and clean. Haven't had many issues so for me I'll leave a 5 star review.

I initially checked in February of 2022. Must say my stay here has been a roller coaster to say the least. However, with that aside the property and staff used to be absolutely amazing. The former assistant general manager Tamara is truly missed! The general manager we did have was using a fake name and was a whole felon! See pictures attached of her being arrested at the property. Stefania, Denise, Ronnie, and Juan and Irene are are GREAT! However, my only qualm is with the new staff they have Jillian. I initially thought Jillian was a very sweet individual. However, all that changed on this past Saturday when she came to my room rather rudely and rather than admit her mistake. She did not handle the situation professionally, she became profane with me, and called the police and made a fallacious statement that I threatened her! I was up until recently thinking she was a very sweet individual. I know she has had a lot of issues here at the company with telling people they have a later date to extend then they really do. Jillian has also messed up on quite a few people's payments. However now that there is currently no general manager or assistant general manager its as if she is on a power trip! Standing in the lobby right now at 11:25 pm on a Saturday awaiting a refund as the staff of this hotel have made a huge error. My companion and I went to enter the room we were assigned using the card key only to find the latch already pulled (prohibiting us from fully opening the door) and another person already housed in the room. I cannot overstate how flagrant of an error this was. A few hours earlier, we checked in and received our keys but did not enter the room. The woman who was already in the room joined us at the front desk and stated that she checked into this room 3 days ago. I understand that this is an extended stay and people are here for varied amounts of time and also various reasons. I do not expect luxury by any stretch but I do expect to have a safe place to lay my head. That being said, this is highly unacceptable. Furthermore, the lobby floors are filthy and the smell of smoke throughout the halls is a lingering aroma. I almost had to bully the person who did the initial check in to support the person who was handling the desk by the time this encounter happened because a shift change occurred. And even then they seemed incompetent to issue the refund. Just a no all around.

Man the only reason I'm giving this hotel five stars is for the new manager her name is Denise. That manager really makes sure we feel at home the rooms could be cleaned better but she explained that they were under renovations still so it's understandable.. I have stayed here before and never seen her so it's nice to finally see a fresh face that is actually knows what they're doing..

What more can I say omg the service was aaaaammazing. I have never met such pleasant people at a hotel. The rooms are Top 🖤❤️🖤👌👌beautifully remodeled. The whole hotel is very clean no bugs, no smells. It has laundry room, exercise room and vending machines. You are literally in the backyard of the Altamonte mall so plenty of stuff to do. Also was very quiet. They also have a very good points program. So go check this place out . I can't wait to get back....,🖤❤️🖤🖤❤️🖤🖤🖤

Hotel is great pool was out of order and no breakfast but the front desk service was great Denise front desk was very professional was available at all times. She spoke spanish and English which made us feel welcomed. House keeping Cindy is always smiling and cleaned my room so wonderful will stay here again.
