MainStay Suites Little Rock West Near Medical Centers - Extended stay hotel in Little Rock - 10800 Kanis Rd, USA

I recently had the pleasure of staying at MainStay Suites Little Rock West, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The newly remodeled rooms are simply fantastic. They are spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The decor is stylish and welcoming, and the updated amenities made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options.

It has been a great experience, everyone is nice. They provide awesome Customer Service and take care all your needs. I would recommend anyone to this residents. It make you never left home with a full kitchen too. Great Experience.

I am currently staying at MainStay Suites Everything is wonderful. The room are nice and clean and the workers are amazing. They even have inspections quotes on the elevator daily. They also have places were you can go enjoy yoursself outside also they have a place where you can workout. I Love it here the rooms has a kitchen with everything in it they supply everything for the kitchen. Like dishes silverware, dishsoap for the dishwasher. It is great I almost don't want to leave.

The employees were very nice and attentive. It was quiet at night time. The washing and vending machines had a place to pay with card and the prices were even reasonable compared to other hotels I’ve visited. And another thing, they also have an atm on site.

I have really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice, comfy and the kitchenette is so helpful & clean. Not to mention it's been upgraded. The bathrooms are clean. They take pride in their jobs & customers. The staff is great, very friendly people. Pet friendly & service dog loyalty. That in itself is a blessing. I will most definitely stay here again. 10/10

They are still under construction so be aware, everyone is super nice, the rooms were crazy clean. I think we got a room that had not been fully upgraded yet, but it was still clean. The only down fall was the bed , it felt like they took all of the cushion out of the mattress and added rocks instead, and the pillows weren't better. I also think if they did a small breakfast downstairs that would be nice. But all in all it was a good stay, nice grounds

The staff was very accommodating, professional, and valued customer service! The rooms were under renovation and were looking really good! Stayed 2 days while I was waiting on my new apartment to be available and glad I picked MainStay Suites for the affordability and comfort!

Great location. I walked in and the smell immediately hit me. The hotel smells like a mix of drugs, mold, vomit, and sweets. The room was disgusting despite the new floor, there were roaches, and the ac was clearly not working. It’s a place you can physically feel the bugs looking at you and waiting for the lights to go off. The front desk agent was nice and tried to find me another room, but that smell and that bug problem isn’t going to change. I left at like 2 am (within 30 minutes of arriving after 10 hours of travel). They refused to provide a refund. The hotel does not feel safe and it absolutely will infest your luggage with bed bugs provided the roaches don’t carry you off. Avoid. I too felt like the positive reviews were due to a renovation and that they turned a leaf. They have not. The hotel is worse than I could ever describe. The pictures are not accurate.
