MainStay Suites Great Falls Airport - Extended stay hotel in Great Falls - 520 Country Club Blvd Building B, USA

Very nice place to stay! Very modern rooms, with a mini kitchen with dishes! Everything was very clean except for chunks of hair at the pool and the hot tub. Bathroom fan in the room did not work. Breakfast was good with a variety one day bacon, the next sausage, then back to bacon, also had waffles, bread, eggs, cereal, juice, yogurt. There was no daily house keeping service.

Nice place. Very large room (2 queen sized beds), mini kitchen was efficient. Upon checking out, the front desk staff closed my account, handed me my receipt and never said a word. How hard is to say "thank you" or any basic pleasantries?

Room was nice, once I got it. Check in is supposed to be after 3. 530 my room is finally ready. Same old story, about how busy they were. Not my problem, Amazing to see so many pictures on the lobby walls stating high levels of service, etc,etc, I told her I liked discounts for my inconvenience, No, can’t do that.

Conveniently located near the highway and lots of food options.|Front desk staff and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The room was quite spacious, nicely decorated and with a small kitchenette. Room was clean. Beds comfy. Wifi worked great and breakfast was quite good. Free parking.

The room is has small kitchen area with everything you need to cook with, offer breakfast in the morning and also has swimming pool and small hot tub, nearby resturants walking distance. Would stay again

Shaylee was super welcoming when we checked in and even made sure we had the best accommodations for our three nights stay. The room was clean and well equipped with everything our family of 4 and small pug needed while enjoying our family USA holiday. Their breakfast every morning was tasty & fresh and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Great people, great property. 10/10 would recommend!

Very nice rooms with full kitchen. Front desk service not so much help, apparently only certain people can help with checking in with triple A. So never did get help even though I tried twice. Also asked for top floor and end of hall but wasn't able to get that, place is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at, street noise and kids running back and forth constantly in room above.... Never coming back.

Nice size of room. Pool and hot tub closed without informing us ahead of time and no compensation offered for inconvenience. We were not informed at time time of booking or when the reminder was sent. Staff at front desk not competent. We were staying multiple nights and our key cards were disengaged the 2nd day. The front desk clerk tried to tell me that it was because our cell phones being near the key cards which was false information once they actually looked on the screen. No apology offered, I felt like they didn't care and hated doing their job. The lady that checked us in was not paying attention, she kept mentioning her 3:00 time she was off and her replacement was late. Very unprofessional, and that is why she made a mistake with our key cards. Cleaning staff were always outside taking smoke breaks at the door we used and it felt like they were always out there. Upon checkout I was informed that if your stay is under 7 nights then you pay upon check in. Our bill was wrong and I was told only the manager could fix and she was in a meeting! I live in Canada and did not accept the final bill as all 3 nights I had reserved at a fixed rate were higher than want I reserved or accepted. I insisted on fixing before leaving and the clerk was clearly upset with me as he made me feel like I was asking to much.
