I have ALMOST zero complaints. Charlie, the general manager, is an amazing and caring woman. You respect her, she works with you. That's all it takes. Almost everyone at the front desk is amazing. Loved Hannah, Sucjhi (hope I spelled her name right), Tom Cruise (The Young Indian guy with glasses), Then there was a sweet black lady that worked second shift who's name I forgot to ask. There was one lady on 3rd who was very rude all the time, but I just blew it off as someone who hates their job. Good thing she doesn't have much customer interaction. The ladies on the room cleaning squad and the 20-30 year old black guy who does the trash outside were all fantastic human beings. Mindy, Charla, Chloe, and the rest of the room service people were just wonderful and beautiful people all around. The beds are comfortable. The place has no oven in the kitchenettes which was a little disappointing, not the rooms were nice, the air conditioning made it feel like winter inside the room in a stretch of nearly an entire month of 100+ degree temperatures, and the most important thing was NO ROACHES OR BED BUGS, and the room was fairly inexpensive for a double queen room. We will be staying here again when we come back to visit our kids. We already miss you guys! Sincerely, Room#214!

So I've been here when it was freshly renovated and everything from sheets, towels etc were nice. Now the TV acts like it has no reception, the comforter is definitely not washed after every guest. The shower curtain is too short and let's way too much air in and for the love of God please change the shower heads! The employees are super friendly and it is clean and smells fresh. Beds are comfy with soft pillows even though I always bring my own. Just a few tweaks would be nice. Very affordable and safe compared to the other hotels around

This place is disgusting and not accommodating at all. When we arrived to our room it had a really strong moldy scent compared to my friends room next to me. We switched rooms and found ants crawling all over the wall and register. The room was not cleaned, bloody pads were left in our garbages from prior guests. There were so many other issues with our stay and my friend found cockroaches in her room as well. Keep in mind this was four separate room switches we had during the first hours of us arriving. We booked through choice hotels and they were anything but accommodating. My family and I have to choose between paying to sleep in dirty infested rooms or our cars. This hotel then charged my card for the room twice after we left. Never consider staying here ever again.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at! The room was so clean the sheets were fresh and the hospitality was amazing. The front desk clerk is so warm and loving and very helpful the food was delicious and good pricing and they had so many different varieties I definitely recommend going there and I will be back

Had an awesome experience staying at this hotel last weekend with my family. The establish is very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and respectful. I will def be staying here again next time me and my family comes to visit. Thanks for the awesome experience.

Called hotel, Amith told us we had a room with a separate bedroom with two queen beds and a separate room with a couch. We called ahead of time in case we needed to make other arrangements. When we arrived, the room was not what Amith stated and no such rooms at the hotel. We got charged even though we were provided incorrect information. Hotel was not willing to decline cancelation charge. Choice corporate will not either. I have been a Diamond Elite member for over 10 years and get treated like this. Choice hotels are declining and so are their customer service at corporate and hotel levels. Hello Hilton and Marriott, how are you?

Let me start off by saying the staff at the front desk, particularly Hanna and Cindy have the best attitudes ever ! so nice and friendly . When we checked in with our soft ball team we were greeted with fresh warm cookies, chocalate cupcakes and easter candy can you say wow !! Our rooms were very clean and smelled so inviting and fresh and lets not talk about the beds baby !! the best sleep i have had in a very long time in fact we ended up staying an extra night because we loved it here !

My stay was great! 5/5! My room was very clean, Hanna and Charlotte were so kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay at this location again!
