Nice to know this L shaped strip mall exists right off Main Street in Manasquan, NJ with a great variety of businesses to cater to everyone's needs. From music lessons to yoga to pizza to drug store, etc. All walkable once you park and shop through each one.
Esposito pizza was my very favorite place!!
This area is always so busy and parking lot is frequently congested especially at peak hours. The driveway empties on to Main St which can be hard to exit onto. Shopping area includes a CVS and a great bagel store.

It's an outdoor shopping center. My wife and I usually stop in the bagel shop for sandwiches on the way to the beach. There's also a CVS, bike shop, and Italian restaurant among others. It's conveniently located in town. Often busy, plenty of parking.
Looki h for Santander bank. It took me it took me to a small strip mall.. Did not indicate that there was a santander ATM in the CVS. Good thing I went in
I go to the CVS there because they have a great selection of Essie nail polishes!!
Good bagels, good coffee, then get what you need from C V S, or go around the corner and get a pizza
Salad was good I ordered a sq piece and they served it cold and the cheese was hard.

One of the best places for lunch. excellent menu selection and food quality is always great. Staff is super friendly; their fresh salsa choices are great. Definitely recommend it.
