This may've been our best B&B experience ever! Susie and Keith, the hosts, are WONDERFUL! They're attentive to every need, encourage you to call them if you need anything at all, a wealth of knowledge about Brenham and much more, and a pleasure to get to know. The entire house is just gorgeous!! They did a fabulous job making it both super attractive and super comfortable. We met up with friends for the weekend, whom we hadn't seen in quite a while, and ended up spending the afternoon just hanging out at the house visiting. The porch is superb! We spent the evenings both nites out there. The rooms are beautiful and very comfy. So much thought has gone into everything here -- from stocking forgotten necessities in the medicine cabinets (like toothbrush & paste, ibuprofen, etc) to stocking the fridge and butler's pantry with sodas, fruit, munchies, and, of course Blue Bell ice cream! Breakfasts were fabulous as well -- Keith truly does make the BEST omelettes! Just really couldn't have been any better!

This experience HIGHLY exceeded my expectations. Although we were only there for one night, the Main Street House felt like a home away from home. The house itself was beautifully decorated, our room was charming and clean with a comfortable bed, and the front porch and back patio had many places to sit in case you just wanted to hang out outside. Not to mention, it is only steps away from downtown Brenham, so driving isn’t necessary. Before arriving, Keith called us to make sure that we had all of the information we needed. He was so kind, friendly, and inviting. In the morning, he even made omelets for all of the guests staying in the house (I am not exaggerating — it is the best omelet I have ever eaten, hands down). I truly did not want to leave! I highly recommend staying in the Main Street House during your next Brenham getaway. Our room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean. The house had a beautiful living room that even included a piano and a guitar to play!

My husband and I stumbled upon Main Street House and we are so glad we did. What a relaxing unwind in one short day. Keith was helpful, informative and a great cook! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We took a nice stroll downtown for dinner and then forums a spot for drinks and live music. We settled in for the night and made use of the piano and games!! Coffee on the front porch and Keiths omelettes were both fantastic. Our quick trip to Brenham and Main Street House wasn’t long enough. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay. Thanks for making our 23rd anniversary special. ❤️

My husband and I stayed at MSH for one night (in the Victoria room) and we cannot recommend it enough. Keith was so welcoming and kind and his omelets are so good! The house is beautiful and filled with colorful and unique art while maintaining its 1920’s charm. The location is perfect to walk to the restaurants and bars in DT Brenham and we will certainly being staying again!

Eight of us ladies rented this house for the weekend. We participated in the BBFR as we have done for several years. We loved this place. Suzy, the owner was very accommodating, and we loved visiting with her. It was within walking distance of downtown and various restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Lovely place! I would definitely recommend it.

I highly recommend Main Street House. We wanted a quick getaway and selected MSH because of its visual appeal -- more up-to-date than many B'n'Bs and with some interesting-looking art. The house is airy and spacious, and the room had everything we needed without being in any way cluttered. It was blissfully quiet overnight -- Main Street does not have a lot of traffic because the Austin-Houston highway was routed away from the historic town center. The hosts lay on a nice array of on-demand drinks and excellent "snackage." The breakfast is cooked to your specifications in front of your very eyes and is excellent. We fortuitously turned up the night before Brenham's MaiFest -- the historic town parade -- lots of excited kids, very proud of their costume and some very proud (and patient) parents -- which was delightful. Instead of having to stand in the street to watch it, we viewed it while enjoying a lovely visit with Keith sitting on the porch under a gentle breeze from the fan and an extra cup of coffee. Perfect! We will definitely be back. I mustn't forget to mention the bathrobes -- gorgeously comfortable and a great coverup if you want to get an early morning drink from the kitchen!

Floyd’s is our favorite place in Brenham to kick back with a glass of wine and relax. The vibe there is so hip and fun! When I turned 50, they hosted my birthday party and it was amazing! The service was incredible and everyone had a great time.

We were visiting Berlin and this place showed up on the map. Happened to be there 10 min prior to open and saw a short line. If there's a line it must be good! There were about 6-8 people in front of us, by the time we sit down with our food it was 1
