Went here for brunch and we couldn't be happier. Had a nice big table for 5 of us, the prices were very reasonable, the food was amazing and very generous portions. Best of all was our server Katie. She was fantastic!
Friend raved about the pies at Main Street Cafe. She was not joking. The best Raspberry cream pie I have eaten. The cheddar bacon burger was also excellent and done just right.
Best pies around, awesome breakfast Pizza. Very good and reasonably priced Sunday buffet. Great friendly wait staff. Another great breakfast pizza with the works. Sweep the floor pizza.
I love Main Street Cafe. I grew up going here with my family. I have to say they have the best pies I have ever had! They also have really good pizza at an amazing price. Whether you’re doing breakfast lunch or dinner, this is the place to go do not miss this place.
We enjoyed our breakfast! Never had Italian sausage in my scrambled eggs before. At first I thought that maybe the cook had mistakenly grabbed the wrong container as someone else was getting a couple take and bake pizzas. Not the case.
Updated: We tried the restaurant one more time and the food was great, but the waitress was terrible rude, slow, and not helpful. I said I wanted to buy a pie to take home, the waitress asked what type, when I said Blackberry, she said 'it's not the right time of year turned and walked away not bothering to offer a list of available types of pies. The pies have always been great, but if you can't buy one it really doesn't matter does it? Don't plan on going back. ***********************Original message below******** REUBEN $9.99 Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef on rye. Don’t order this!!!!! I ordered the Rueben for $9.99. I was with a group of between 15 - and 20 business professionals. And after everyone had their food, I asked where my Rueben was three separate times; the waitress kept saying I will be right out with it. Finally, with people already leaving, she brought out some limp wheat bread with a tiny bit of oil-drenched sauerkraut, meat that possible might have been corned beef, and no Swiss cheese. The wheat bread was not toasted. The French fries were ice cold and looked like they were off plates that others had left after finishing their meals. I didn’t want to cause a scene as I was with a group of people. So, when the waitress handed me the bill without offering a discount. I approached her separately and said I thought, at a minimum, I should get a 50% discount. She came back with my change and said she had discounted only the sandwich by 50%. I wasn't happy but didn't want to cause a not seen the sandwich and because everyone else’s food looked great didn’t think snooty it as almost everyone had left the meeting by than. When I got in the car my husband said he was starving and opened the box to see this Tasteless and disgusting mess.
The hash brown were exceptional. Well done and crispy on the edges. The white oreo fudge pie exceeded my expectations. Delicious. I got some peanut butter cookies to go and was very pleased.
Amazing food. And the pies are to die for. Absolutely incredible. Huge selection! Very reasonable pricing on the pies. They are always fresh daily (or buy the day old pie for $5). Fresh pies are $14.
I'd give more stars if I could! The food was excellent. We were going up to Duluth from Ohio and didn't really know the area. Our waitress helped us out, telling us a few places we should go. She even made a phone call to make sure she was telling us
I went here twice now going through Bloomer and itâs a great place. The food has been good, coffee is decent, they have healthy choices, and a great atmosphere.
