When we arrived lady at front desk told us they have breakfast until 9. When we got up and asked where breakfast was they said there is none we didn't get a shipment. The room was way out dated. There were burns on the tub, paint pealing from walls and tub. Heard people loud outside around midnight. 2 Little packs of shampoo and conditioner wasn't even enough for my hair. Only two towels and two wash clothes. I use two of them when I shower. Over all wasn't worth the money we spent to stay in a room for the night. And there is a $50 deposit which makes it a little better then hotels in the area. But other than that we won't be going back here for the price.
The location was good. Service was very good. Rooms were a fair size. But there was paint coming off certain areas in the washroom. But overall, I felt safer in a city that is known as #4 in all of the USA for being the most dangerous cities.
If God is before you, who can be against you.
1) First walked in to room, lights were out, and said won't have it fixed till morning, other guest ahead of me was complaining about TV not working, walls are dusty and not clean or need paint. Some fixture are dusty or coming off.
2) for breakfast they only have Bread, Croissant, Ceral and waffle that too they only keep 4 qty of each and when it's finished asked receptionist to fill it response is I just came and she will fill it if she has time, someone else asked they responded if we have it, very rude customer service and showing attitude that I have never seen before. Staff needs to be trained properly. I will not recommend
Checked in and quickly asked for a new room, which was not any better.
Mold all over the air conditioning unit.
Mold on the shower curtain. Closet unit was falling off the wall. The bed spread had holes in it. Dirt all over the box spring. We stayed in the holiday inn instead. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke.
No problems or mix-ups from the reservations or the staff. When we checked in late at night, I wanted a cup of coffee. the young man working that evening said, "Give him 11 minutes," and that coffee was hot and ready for me. It is customer service like that most companies have turned away from that ruins a trip or vacation for us. (2) BIG THUMBS 👍 from my family.
Room is super dirty. You can see visible dust on the TV stand and the desk. The lady at the front desk was super rude. I tried to get some coffee from coffee machine then she yell at me saying I ruined everything. Excuse me? You didn't get coffee ready for customers in the first place. If you hate your job that much, just quit.
The complete hall way smells of weed and the rooms are too gloomy and smells of smoke, weed and the mattresses, sheets and comforters are not properly washed. The carpet smells really bad. I did not have a shower curtain in my bathroom.
Mandy was a phenomenal front host, very helpful & warming, showed a lot of curiosity & better than most front desk hotel staff.
If you have a flight out of DTW I highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed here 1/2 dozen times the last few years and have never been disappointed. The facility is clean and well maintained. Most recently we had a very early flight and weren't ab
A great location with plenty of amenities, including a full service restaurant with some of the best chicken and pancakes I've had! Besides the air conditioner being a little busted, and the low water pressure of the shower, the room was great. The b
Embassy Suites is one of my favorite places to stay no matter where they are. This one was nice. The free breakfast is always good with made to order omelets and pancakes. You can get scrambled eggs already made and thereâs usually a good choice o
Floors were filthy inside. Mud tracked in, carpets on second floor needed vacuuming. Elevators had not been cleaned in sometime. Ceiling in room was peeling near door. Space heater ran off and on, carpets were stained inside our room and worn.

I love smokers alley. I live it the neighborhood so I come often. The store is always spotless and smells nice. They have a big selection of things idk what most of it is. I just like the candles and snacks. When I do smoke I get my white owls here.
I want to thank Romulus Flowers & Gifts SOO much! They helped us with a prank for a lost bet on my brother Mitch. He was dressed in an embarrassing Donald Duck costume and had to stop by and pick up 'daisies' from Romulus Flowers. Michelle the owne
So sad they will be closing at the end of this month! 36 years plus! Such an amazing atmosphere that you can't recreate or buy! No matter the money. Absolutely stunning good food, great people and best places ever! Again so sad they are closing, and
This 5 star review is based on the customer service I received from the salesperson Baneen. I originally came to the store to ask shipping questions but she was so knowledgeable about T-mobile network, deals and their items that I ended up purchasing
