Magnolia Manor Motel - Motel in Texarkana - 1220 W 7th St, USA

Horrible place!!! Both our rooms stunk & had disgusting, wet carpets that turned our feet black(and they said these were two of their better rooms!). And as soon as we arrived there were cops all around asking if we saw a man with a machete knife who was threatening people(he was a regular there btw). We asked to be refunded for the remaining 2 days we had booked but they refused. There were other people there also asking for refunds but the cold staff doesn't budge an inch. It was obvious they deal with disgusted customers daily. Btw, I could on & on. The experience was so bad that it was surreal. Like a bad twilight zone episode. Honestly, if I had the choice to stay there again for free or sleep in my car, I'd absolutely sleep in my car. God Bless!

Phone number for the place just rings, no one answered the phone. Was looking for weekly rates but had to go elsewhere.

I was just the Manager of this motel. I didn't like it. I worked 24/7 and all I got was rent paid. That's just not enough. I also cleaned the rooms. They have Bed Bugs infested with them. The man that owns it Henry he hates Americans

Yuck! They showed us the only room available and it was disgusting. The water heater was broken, The heat didn't work. The icing on the cake was the bed bug infested. The sheets were disgusting covered in bed bug feces and bed bugs crawling around. The room hadn't been cleaned from previous rental. Their was a man running around literally in swimming trunks barefoothigh on crack cocaine and its 44 degrees outside, offering to hook us up with whatever drug we needed... They did call the owner Henry and he told them to send us to his nicer hotel up the road called County Host Inn and said it was a nice quality hotel. We stayed there. The room was clean, hot water, and definetly different cliental than what we saw at this hotel.

STAY AWAY.!!!!! OWNER is Arrogant JERK. Rooms full of coakrochaches and bed bugs. Dirty rooms, linen, dead insects in drawers, dirty burnt chairs, no stand lamps, broken toilets.Health Department was happy when I reported the Magnolia Manor motel to them. At least the rooms used by us, are shut down and the owner got 30 days for cleaning and renovation. He is also cheating on receipt, and I am going to report him to IRS. All happened Dec 12, 2017. Be aware he has 3 other motels in Texarcana, Texas, and perhaps Texarcana, Ark. Name is Patel.

They got rats and roaches blood stained m************ mattresses what else is about 100 years outdated and it stinks real bad I wouldn't recommend my dog stay here

I just wanted to say that I have enjoyed my stay since my boyfriend and I have been here👍It's nice and quiet very clean respectful place to rent a room at affordable prices and I wanna give a special out to Henry thank Yu allowing us to stay here

I'm letting the Magnolia's Manor staff know that they are very friendly the place was very clean very quiet the manager Amber bunch is very nice always in a cheerful mood will put a smile on ur face so thanks to Amber Bunch and Henry for the comfortable stay with them I will ineed be back to stay
