Magnolia Farms RV Park - RV park in Foley - 13381 Lipscomb Rd, USA

I had to cancel my reservation due to surgery and the new owners would not return my deposit of $90.00. They said they would not honor any arrangements with the former owners. I think that really stinks and will not be making any further reservations here. I am happy however for folks there who are saying that they are happier with the new owners.

I’ve lived here for 3 years , and the park has not always been my favorite, however new managers took over about 2 months or so ago , and the park is a whole new place , it’s become an oasis rather than just an rv park, the facilities are well maintained, there is a welcoming presence in the park now, and it’s beautifully cleaned up and maintained…… sage and Amanda are courteous managers who are always looking out for the community. Decks are being replaced and sites are cleaned up it’s become a wonderful lace to call home .

No amenities and no shade. Just an open field with rv spots. Looks like they're trying to clean it up a bit tho. Some of the campers look very very old and run down. But not the worst campground I've seen by far. It's very close to everything Foley has to offer and the beaches.

The “managers” the lady and her husband who could not manage a dollar general,who act like this is their park. Like to become fake friends with the park members and when they feel slightly like you’re an inconvenience they will kick you out immediately. With no reason but “I’m allowed to remove whoever I want without reason”

Wonderfully warm and helpful managers, Jeff and Jennifer. Park is exceptionally clean and well kept. Very quiet too. Perfect amount of RV's, not too many and not too small. Everyone is very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Close to Route 98 which is a beautiful scenic ride around Baldwin County.

Great place to stay, in fact we extended our time there. Clean, well landscaped grounds with plenty of dog walking space with clean up bags thoughtfully placed. Our shower is tiny do we took advantage of the facilities and they were nice. Laundry even has CC machines so you can skip the sock of quarters for once. The location is great, rural but not in the middle of nowhere- the beach is maybe a half hour if you skip the traffic. Best of all it was incredibly reasonable, in fact some beach areas were triple or more. We will be back!

Beautiful small RV park. We had a 2 week stay and enjoyed its coziness, nice wooden deck with a picnic table, easy full hook-ups for our 50amp motorhome, and the group area where there are chairs around a fire pit where you can sit overlooking the canal, or take a walk on the short trail nearby. We have dogs and loved the dog park they could exercise in. Friendly owners and staff, and the price is very good. Gulf Shores beaches were 20 minutes away. I would highly recommend this clean, nice park.

Ryan and Danielle were very gracious hosts. The campground was immaculate, clean and well taken care of. Each spot had a wood deck and picnic table and the wifi signal was strong. The rec room and laundry room were clean and well maintained. The hosts were very attentive to their guest’s needs. A very nice stay, very quiet and I would recommend to everyone.
