This is THE PLACE to camp!! Mary Shannon was so kind, welcoming, and what a group of talented people and artists that created this place. It is a magical wonderland. We spent labor day weekend then with my 11 and 7 year old daughters and had the most incredible time. Memories in the creeks, playing the giant board games, touring the magical cabins, the list goes on and on. Mary Shannon even creates daily animal care taking experiences for all the children. We will definitely be back for many more stays!

Fantastic Campground with Great Amenities and Natural Beauty I recently stayed at Magical Mountain Resorts and had an amazing experience. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kids' play area was a big hit with the little ones, giving them plenty of space to have fun while we relaxed. Even though we were staying in our RV, I should mention about the Cabins here. Each cabin had its own distinct theme, thoughtfully decorated to create an immersive atmosphere. Whether you’re staying in a rustic log cabin, a woodland fairy tale hideaway, or a nautical-themed retreat, you’ll find that the attention to detail makes these cabins feel like a home away from home. The natural surroundings are simply breathtaking. Whether you're looking to enjoy some quiet time by the lake, or just soak in the fresh air, this campground has it all. The scenic beauty added a special touch to our camping trip. A special shout-out to the camp host, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure everything was in order and were always available to assist with any questions or needs. The bathrooms were impressively clean, which is always a major plus when camping. It's clear that the Host takes pride in maintaining the facilities to a high standard. Overall, Magical Mountain Resorts is a wonderful place for families or anyone looking to connect with nature without sacrificing comfort. We can't wait to return!

We had the best stay! The grounds are adorable and truly feel magical. The animals make for such a cute moment of something different. We were all over the mountain during the day and then evenings we could walk the property and play with the animals. It was the best way to end each day! The detail in this place is incredible. Shannon and her staff were so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to visit again and see her vision completed.

Stayed in the Queen’s Cottage for 2 nights and couldn’t be happier with my visit. The grounds are beautiful and fun. The enchanted forest theme is perfect! You need to make sure you walk around the grounds both day and night! There’s a river right outside the cabin and the sound of the water just makes the place so tranquil! The cabin was clean, well appointed (sheets and towels were soft and glorious) and the theme was magnificent! Not one detail was left undone. We were able to see inside some of the other cabins as well and they are ALL so well done. Thank you SO MUCH for a wonderful stay. If we’re in the area again we’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic themed cottages! We had both the white rabbit and queen of hearts cottages on the creek. Exquisite attention to detail!!! Friendly staff! Quiet and relaxing property! Highly recommended for a getaway

I love everything about this place and will come back again. We were able to see all the cottages and the ones they are in the process of adding. My favorite parts were the swings by the creek and the fairy lights that come on at dusk. It definitely has the feeling of magic.

The BEST!! We spent 3 days in the Caretakers Cabin. It’s the spitting image of Hagrids house. The staff was soooo friendly and our host was very easy to get in touch with. The cabin was immaculate upon arrival with snacks and water waiting for us. They thought of every little detail, even the fire pit was shaped like the dragon from Harry Potter. No complaints!! Highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous time staying in the magical mountain enchanted forest! We stayed on the Harry Potter themed Midknight bus and we had the best time. Our kids can’t wait to come back and neither can we! No detail was overlooked in the decor and themed designs in each unique abode. You truly feel like you have left reality and entered another land. The creek by the hammocks, swings, life sized chess, fairy garden and multiple fire pits makes this the perfect setting to get away from it all any time of year! Our hostess was incredible. So friendly and thoughtful with two of the cutest, sweetest dogs who loved players with our kids. We can’t wait to come back!
