This restaurant may be called by some, a whole in the wall, but that shouldn't keep you from trying it. The food is reasonably priced, there are traditional and unique options and, at least in our visit, the service was excellent. (Shout out to Nicole). Having said all that, you need to know that the square footage of this establishment is limited, and they maximize the seating so you're (very) close to another table. We were there for breakfast. This restaurant closes at 2:00.

The staff is friendly the food is very good the only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is because they have to many tables so it’s tight in here

I stopped this morning for a late breakfast and was not impressed. When i walked in a server yelled from the back to take a booth she was pointing to. The tables were so packed in I have a hard time getting to it without climbing over other tables. I ordered coffee and asked for sugar as there was none on the table. I received the coffee without sugar and then breakfast came. The food was wonderful. I sat there waving, trying to get the servers attention and that didn't happen. She never came back to the table until she had the bill. I had to ask for another cup of coffee please bring me some sugar and cream. I would come back for the food but never on a weekend as it was too busy for the servers to handle.

I used to enjoy the Maggie's stew for years. But they have gotten cheap. Today we ordered three large orders of stew. One had 4 small cut pieces of sausage, the other had 3 and one didn't have any. Such a great breakfast has turned into just meatless potatoes. What a shame.

Awesome little breakfast spot. Affordable and filling! Had the Coach Murray’s (egg/ham/cheese sandwich) and the Belgium Style Waffle. Both under $8 and kept my filled for half a day. Worth the visit.

Thank you to Maggie’s from the KCCU Gull rd branch. We had breakfast stew for our Christmas breakfast and it was fantastic! The food was hot and tasty! Highly recommend!

None of the food is homemade, it is premade and brought in. Straight from the mouth of our server. Too many tables in too small of space. There’s not enough room and the servers are too lazy, they kept squeezing between the table and my baby’s chair, threatening to tip her onto the floor, rather than take a few extra steps to a clear aisle. The food is nothing to write home about, very below average for the area. Not worth a return trip. Pretty disappointing. (Edited to add: The plural of baby is “babies,” not ‘baby’s.’ Clearly not a friendly place based on the unprofessional reply.)

The food, service, and atmosphere was great. The only problem was I ordered a 9.75 omelet (WMU Bronco) which has what's in it listed. But what they don't tell you is it's 9.75 + .39 to .49 cents per item in the omelette. I ended up paying $15 for an omelette. So no I won't be back but to each it's own. I did not add anything to the omelette that was the purpose of buying the WMU Bronco. And for an owner to respond as you did you is irresponsible and disrespectful. Hopefully you don't talk to your employees as you do your potential customers. Customer retention is a real thing in business maybe you didn't learn that.

My wife and I were hesitant to try this place at first...because no BBQ should ever have Skinny in the name. But when we pulled up, on what would normally be the patio with seating were two legit giant smokers with giant stacks of wood. I was pretty
