Maggie Mae's - American restaurant in Brunswick - 606 Gloucester St, USA

The food was decent. Nothing special. Standard dinner fair. Hot food on styrofoam plates? Plastic silverware? I'm sure I'm going to catch some heat on this but I don't enjoy seeing melted styrofoam under my food. If you don't want to do dishes at least get paper plates. I won't be back. Waffle House has better food and it's served on actual plates with metal silverware.

My husband and I wanted to try a different place for breakfast. We were not disappointed! Eggs, grits, sausage, with a side of hashbrowns and biscuit and gravy for our meals. Super good! A wonderful Southern homestyle meal. It was served on styrofoam and plasticware but will take that if it keeps prices decent (which they were). We will go again if we get the opportunity.

Outstanding customer service from every employee!!! It felt like a wonderful family atmosphere. Shared a table with a gentleman who had lost his wife after many years!!! I guess he appreciated the kindness shown to him and unexpectedly, he picked up our ticket and paid for it too. This day was their Anniversary !!! I wish I could have gotten his information to show our true gratitude and deep appreciation.

Brunswick, Georgia —- “Hungry Hannah’s” kinda feels like a “ma & pa” business with nice wall flair, but services like a franchise eatery. No table service or counter seating and eating off throwaway dishes & utensils gives me a feeling of McDonald’s. In addition, standing & looking at a wall menu sure adds to the franchise feel. Nice view of City Hall 👍 I would support “Ma & Pa’s” any day over BIG business chains & I wish “Hungry Hannah’s” success. Happy New Year “Happy Hannah’s”! “Run-A-Way Bill” was here! 01.12.21

In for lunch, but I'll be back for breakfast. Great local breakfast/lunch place, open 7am-3pm. (not open weekends) I don't know why I pre-judge these hole-in-the-wall diners without trying them, but I'm glad I finally did. All the servers are gorgeous, service is excellent, and the food is fresh. Nothing fancy: burgers, fries, eggs, hash browns, all at decent prices.Great job, it's a new favorite!

Really enjoyed this spot. It's clearly a local's focused place, but they did a great job making us feel welcome. Would definitely go again if I'm in town

The staff here is awesome. Engaging and caring. Great breakfast prices and quality. The kitchen is super fast and over easy eggs cooked perfectly. The ambiance is very nice too. The only negative was the mens room. Needs a good chlorine pressure wash and ozone nuke.

The atmosphere was great! A fun friendly face (Bailey) met us as we walked in the door and we had great conversation immediately. The restaurant made us feel at home and the food was exceptional. Highly recommend for breakfast, but there is no doubt any meal here will be greatly enjoyed.
