Madison Marriott West - Hotel in Middleton - 1313 John Q Hammons Dr, USA

Rooms were great, service was a little slow but nice. We were there for an event and it was perfect for hosting all the items except for the elevators were very slow. If you’re a Bonvoy member the M Lounge is fantastic. -however at check in there was no breakfast vouchers provide so I do not think they include any breakfast here.

We held our daughter's wedding at the Marriott West in Middleton, Wisconsin. The staff, especially Angela the event coordinator, was AMAZING! She did anything and everything she could to make sure that the couple had what they wanted and needed. When we asked for variations in anything the response was always, "Just tell me what you would like." The entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need for the event and to accommodate our guests comfortably. They were polite and professional. The catering department saved our brunch when more guests than expected attended - they quickly prepared and provided what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to have any event here again with this staff! We had a great time and so did our guests!

Stayed here for a trip to Epic Corporation. The hotel is fine. It just does t have that much character , and it was very loud at night . The rooms are arranged around an atrium , and even on the 9th floor , the noise from the lobby and surrounding rooms was loud. The bed was also kind of saggy in the middle. Very nice shower. I would consider staying again because of the convenience to Epic.

Really had a great time visiting friends staying at the hotel. They loved every bit of it and recommend it to anyone. I met them at the bar and enjoyed every bit of it. The bartender Krista was amazing! Really made us all feel welcome and appreciated. Was great to talk to. Was knowledgeable about the area and fun things to do for adults and family. And remembered our names when we saw her again later that week. She really made the trip for them and myself.

Jimmy is a fantastic bartender with a warm and friendly personality. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels welcome and has a great time. Whether you're a regular or a first-time guest, Jimmy's genuine kindness and great sense of humor make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by to see him!

Mike in the restaurant was awesome. He’s really service oriented and made great recommendations. The food was prepared perfectly. We came in late and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Great experience!!!

We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we used it as a preferred location for our guests and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The staff, including Angela, were a joy to work with from start to finish. The meal was delicious and our guests were all very happy with their stay. The conscience of the bar and restaurant is wonderful for a wedding party, and the way the halls are laid out allows you to see what’s going on downstairs which was also really cool for guests. Overall, perfect wedding weekend experience and I’d do it again every time.
