This was our families first time at Madeira Beach. We stayed in unit 610. It was spacious, very clean, well decorated, comfortable with an amazing view. The unit was fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy your time at the beach. It felt like home here. The owners were wonderful before, during and after our trip making sure we had everything we need and was available if needed. We have three kids and they all had fun exploring the beach and the wildlife there, snorkeling on the sandbar and building sand castles. We did rent jet skis one day and went aboard the pirate ship cruise and even ventured over to a Rays vs. Reds game one evening for our first away game we’ve been to. At the end of our week the kids were begging for at least 3 more days!
We stayed at Madeira Bay Resort from June 1-8 2024. We were in room 610. You will not find a better room or location for your family. The condo has been completely renovated with everything you need and the best amenities. The condo has a pool on property and off street parking. Best of all, the room has amazing ocean views! The beach access is right across the street! John’s Pass is just 2 blocks south with everything you could want with restaurants, shopping, and ice cream! The only time I needed a car was to drive 1 mile to the nearest grocery to stock up on food. The beach there is as good as we have visited anywhere in Florida. White sand, warm water, and an accessible sand bar with tons of shells to collect. It is not uncommon to see dolphins and manatees. We saw both! My family loved it and yours will too! You will not regret staying in room 610.
We stayed in unit 414 for a family beach vacation. The location is fantastic, and very walkable. Right across the street from public beach access, and just a short walk down the street to dining, shopping, and entertainment at John's Pass. Check in and check out was very easy, and the limited interaction I had with staff was pleasant enough. The unit that we stayed in was clearly well used, and had some cosmetic issues, but it was reasonably clean when we checked in, and it was spacious enough for our family.
We stayed in unit 610 again and we absolutely love it! We’ve been coming to the same unit for 11 years. The view from the balcony is stunning and
the owners have thought of everything you may ever need during your stay! It’s a short walk to John’s Pass where you can shop, eat at one of the good restaurants or grab some ice cream.
Very Clean! Kind staff! Close to Johns Pass! Fit our family of 3 adults and 1 teen just fine in a 2 bedroom! Easy to access parking! across the street is the ocean!! Affordable!! I thought I left something in the room after arriving home and they genuinely checked for me, turn out it was tucked away in my suitcase but the fact that they really checked and called me back first thing the next day was incredible! Shout out to Eros! She was so kind to speak to & very helpful!
Well equipped and decorated rooms, everything was in good shape and worked well. No beach views, but close to the beach for easy walking access. We loved how close John's Pass was - easy walk to get there and not have to worry about parking. Close to a ton of places to eat and things to do. Rooms were mostly quiet for our stay, but it is easy to hear other people.
Location is 100!
Service was fantastic. David was awesome pre-check in. There was another gentleman on site when I arrive, maybe Paul (Idk name), also awesome. Lastly, a lady that helped me at the front desk also great! Staff overall was kick-butt.
My concerns:
Mattresses were terrible in my unit (MBR1 301). You will not rest in this unit. Avoid it if possible. Looks great, but worse than sleeping on an air mattress.
Units have no cleaning utensils to keep the place tidy while you’re there. No mop, no vacuum, old broom.
Overall, we paid $400+ per night and expected a little more of the rooms and lodging. Staff and location were indeed great.
Positive: We really liked the room for its size and location. Negative: I didn't really like the pool (too small for the entire building) and the cleaning, which should have been better.
It's one of my favorite places to stay.... affordable, great view, and no resort fee....parking fees or any other silly charges. Clean room, nice location, and great staff.
The park offers many different options. Dog park, baseball, courts, a large grassy area that can hold a bazaar or a market, and has some parking with additional parking nearby at the supermarket if they donât mind! The waters close by so you can fi
This is a fun place to listen to live music and feel like youâre on a vacation at a beach. Plenty of Outside seating makes it comfortable for those that want to be near the fun but not part of the crowd inside. The inside is a laughing chatty atmos
Super cute kava bar! Everything was b1g1 when I went - really good deal. Their kava was better than pretty much any other bar Iâve been to as well. Bartender was nice and informative too! Would definitely come back if Iâm ever in the area :)
This was hands down the best restaurant we ate at the whole time we were in Treasure Island. (Including way better than Spinners!) The sushi was so fresh and delicious; I had the Good Friend and Mexican Sunrise rolls. The massamam curry, ginger beef,
