I have been a member at MADabolic since May 2023. It has been a great experience. The coaches are great! Owner and coaches make you feel very welcome and provide tips to improve form and help you progress. Very supportive community and highly efficient and effective workouts. Doesn’t take hours to get results, just consistency. Highly recommend no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

I have had an excellent experience at MADabolic Southlake. The coaches are not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable, creating a supportive atmosphere. The gym maintains a high level of cleanliness, and the workouts are both challenging and enjoyable, making it a top-notch fitness destination.

MADabolic has proven to be just the change in workout I needed! I love that you have knowledgeable trainers who give you the tools for the class while allowing you to push yourself at your own pace. The biggest perk for me is not having to plan out a workout- these classes do it all. Different weight options allow for many fitness levels to enjoy the class, and everyone is so encouraging. Can’t forget the incredible music that’s going down either- I always leave class feeling energized and looking forward to the next one!

I feel like you can’t say enough good things about MADabolic! Everyone is so friendly and the trainers are incredibly helpful. The energy and music in the class keeps you so motivated and makes the workout fun. Working out at MADabolic is easily my favorite part of the day. If you’ve been in a workout slump, need motivation, or want to switch up your workout, it’s definitely the place to go.

I’ve been super happy since coming to MADabolic about 60 days ago or so. I had been a long-time bootcamp goer but was in a rut and needed a change. MAD is the place. Super awesome trainers that make sure you maintain great form to avoid injury. Great community. Great workouts. Very efficient and organized. I can’t say enough good things about it. So glad i tried it out. I hope to continue going there for a long time.

I have been going to MADabolic for a year now and I have learned so much in that year. I have become healthier, stronger and it has been so good for me as a whole. I am not a very social person and MAD has helped me engage with others and try new things. I look forward to every workout and love ALL of the trainers! MADabolic is definitely a 10!

MADabolic is a true gem among gyms! I can't recommend it enough. The trainers are top-notch, the workouts are intense and effective, and the sense of community is unmatched. I love every minute of my time there. If you're serious about your fitness goals, this is the place to be!

I’ve never viewed myself as particularly athletic but the trainers at MADabolic Southlake are changing that. They are so conscientious about form and always encouraging and positive. It’s an incredible place to workout, learn, and get stronger mentally and physically.
