Mac's Raw Bar & Market - Seafood restaurant in Marietta - 23 N Park Square, USA

This is my go to restaurant in Marietta Square. The dining space has a nice open atmosphere and there is outdoor seating which is great as well. The food here is always fresh and they have awesome drinks. We particularly love the appetizers - the cheesey crab dip is so good, the mussels are a close second, the oyster selection is usually quite good as well. The blue plate specials change every day and never had a bad one. It's easy to get a table here and I think it's much better than the steakhouse next door. Always have great service here. Give this place a try

If you need to find a warm friendly place on a wet rainy night, highly recommend Mac’s Raw Bar on the square in Marietta. Big shoutout to our server Ian for an enjoyable eve, a few worthy suggestions and professional attention. Every entree we shared was delicious, but the Redfish Etouffee and Crumb Cake dessert were both excellent tonight. Quality and value will keep us coming back for more.

A consistent, impromptu weekly date night spot at the bar or a delicious, lazy Sunday brunch spot outside...always hits the spot. Great staff and level of service. We are regulars for sure!

Could not have had a better experience. We went to Mac’s for Christmas Eve dinner. The atmosphere was lovely, the seafood was fresh and presented beautifully, the drinks were awesome, and the staff were top notch. Absolutely incredible! Can’t recommend enough.

Went for dinner. Nice menu. Very friendly and knowledgeable server. Thought everything would be great. Ordered our drinks first and then appetizer. Beer didn’t come until we had almost finished our appetizer. Was then finally told they were out of the beer we had ordered. Finally received a different one and we immediately asked for another round as the service was extremely slow. Had to ask two more times for those drinks. Our dinner was nice, not outstanding but good. Overall, it was disappointing for the price we paid and terrible service. We thought maybe they would take a beer off the bill but this didn’t happen. Not sure if we will go back.

We had the king, crab oysters, and scallops and salad. Went to check this place out since we’ve had their steakhouse and was nice to find it was really nice. Love the layout love, the openness and open space of the tables and the actual bar you can see them sucking and getting things prepared. The seafood itself was delicious. The presentations were amazing. The service was also OK - the Reason I say OK is our food sat. We sat and watched it sitting on the waiting table for a little too long. The place was empty so there was no excuse for that. It was a Sunday so the seafood is not necessarily as fresh because it was delivered either last Thursday or Friday. But you know you’re paying upwards of 50 to 70 bucks for king crab, not as fresh as you would like or expect or want for that kind of money, but I go here again absolutely. Everything else, the oysters the scallops, delicious amazing something definitely going back for. Love the Marietta town Square. What a great cool place to walk before or after lunch or dinner. Parking can be complicated but there’s plenty of it. You just have to know where to find it. There are parking decks around the square if you can’t find a space on the square itself.

My husband and I went on a Saturday about 3:00 p.m. so it was not crowded at all. We had wood, grilled oysters, raw oysters, shrimp cocktail and clam chowder. Carly was our waitress and she was very attentive. Great customer service! The food was so fresh and amazing. Everything was delicious that we had. The only complaint I had was the tables are small. It's definitely not a large and spacious dining area. Happy hour is Monday through Thursday and the oysters are half off. Count me in!

Such an incredible impromptu dining experience for us. Despite the fact that we were “dressed down” and had a dog with us, and that it was raining, every single member of the staff welcomed us with open arms and warmness. Our server was Kirsten, and the manager (didn’t catch her name) was beautiful and welcoming as well. Absolutely loved this place and will be back many times!!
