We broke down in Heber city while road tripping, had a hard time finding a free room anywhere, popped in even if there was a « no vacancy » sign hoping they could help in any way. The more than warming management family made us feel so welcome, went far beyond any kind of expectation to get us a cozy lil room ready even if it wasn’t supposed to be free on that day. We’re so grateful and would come back any time 💛 very well maintained, great atmosphere and service. Thank you thank youuuu!
It was good, they are busy though (book in advance). The room was clean (big tv's), and they do allow dogs. Parking is a little tight, only because they share a parking lot with Subway. But overall, 5 stars.
I was so happy to find this place after a long day on the road. Friendly staff, clean rooms and an awesome shower! Also very affordable. Highly recommend!
Do not believe the good reviews. This is place it a complete pig pen. They kept telling use the room may be ready but 5PM. we arrived at 4:30PM, yes we knew is was before 5PM. We walked into the lobby and could not believe what we say. Again we were told the room would not be ready until 5:00PM and we thought that is OK fine. But the lobby was such a mess and so dirty I can not describe it so I will not. We walked out and we both I said to each other, I am not staying here. Thank God for the Swiss in just down the street.
Terrible service in a run down, flea bag environment. Grossly overpriced for the quality of room one gets for the area. Most people staying there have it as a semi-permanent arrangement which doesn't lend itself to a safe, pleasant stay. Do not stay here unless you have absolutely no other choice.

Very clean and family run! The manager is awesome and very helpful! Located right on Main Street which made it easy to come and go. There’s multiple grocery stores close by and restaurants across the street! Very comfy bed and great water pressure!
A lot of places to go for food around here rooms are clean and actually functioning correctly beds are soft and easy to pass out in and the tv was really nice as well the new management has fixed the place up

Hands down this Resort should receive 10 Stars. The staff, facilities, amenities, etc is amazing!!!!!! Cache, Matt, Josh, Cody, and all the front desk employees are by far amazing! I am in the customer service industry also, and this team is amazing!

What a busy Dutch Broâs! Their drive thru line was long, so we went up to the order window (this was at 9am). Great service and coffee! The soft top is delicious.
Took the family for the polar express experience. It was enjoyable for the tiniest people to the grandparents. Beautiful scenery, fun interactive employees. GREAT cookies! We also got free hot chocolate that was a little cold but it was still good.
