I have been calling macro tech for a week from the motel where I'm staying. The motel offers free Wi-Fi but it just doesn't work there are about 60 people saying in this Motel right now over the weekend no one has had internet not a single person that I've asked has ever been able to log onto the internet the poor people that work here don't know anything about internet connectivity whatsoever. It seems that the owner is paying for a service he's not receiving I spoken to people that have been here for a couple of months and have never been able to log on to the internet macro Tech has told me that they're talking to some support but it has been over a week with seems very long for even a tier 3 support person to take resolving a single problem this is the worst service I've ever seen at any facility in California.
