Joe is the man! Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! Had my laptop up and running the same day! If they don’t answer the phone, just leave a message. They will give you a call back. Price was extremely fair! I called around and others were charging me 300-500 bucks, but Macomb Tech got me back up and running for a fraction of that in half the time! I will be recommending them to all my friends!

I had used this business in the past for a repair and was very impressed with the communication and swiftness of repair. I referred several people to this place. Unfortunately I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time. We needed a Nintendo switch repaired for a looong roadtrip with the kids. I was told it would take a couple of days to fix and paid the $100 for the repair in advance. I called several times, even on the day of our trip and was repeatedly told “it will be done by tomorrow.” Sadly the switch was not ready for our trip and although we were disappointed we were very understanding. Well, it’s now been a month and still no switch and no communication whatsoever from them. We have gone into the business inquiring about the status of the repair and every time it’s the same thing, “it should be done by tomorrow.” We have called and emailed and NO RESPONSE!! I have never left a negative review and am very sorry to do so but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Next time you can’t complete a repair (especially when a customer has already paid for it) you should be upfront instead of this constant run around!

Fine experience getting a screen replaced on a phone. Only thing I would have liked is a little better communication when there was a delay, but things happen and I understand that. If I need tech repairs in the future I would probably use them again. The staff seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I have had nothing but a terrible experience with these people. Let me start off with saying that the people who answer the phone/work with the people seem fine, they dont really seem connected to the actual problem. Now the problems, I had my laptop in for 7 weeks, and I took it back and it still wasn't even done. The first day it was in they called me like 5 minutes before they left, and told me if i paid $150 it'd be done by the end of the week, maybe the middle of the next week at latest. I then called later that week to check on it, they said they were backed up and it'd be done next week. I called the next week, they said they'd have it done in x days. They essentially just kept telling me the whole time "oh it should be done in a few days" , or "we'll call you back later with an update" , with the latter, I think in the whole 7 weeks they called me back once maybe twice? and half the time when they told me to call back later, they wouldn't answer the phone, and I'd have to wait the entire weekend just to repeat the cycle. The technician and the guy running the phone seem to be really lacking on communication. The first couple of weeks there would apparently be notes in the system from the tech, but the later weeks I was just constantly told that there were no notes, the technician wasnt there (I later found out, apparently the technician comes in "whenever he wants" and they dont have real hours, which is probably why my stuff couldn't get done) so the guy had no idea what was going on with my laptop, so, once again, I would have to call later (and then not get an answer!) When we went to pick up the laptop, the guy had no idea what charger or screws belonged to my laptop, and also texted the technician in charge of my laptop, and he also didnt know! shows how unorganized they are. once again, the technician tried to pull the "ill get it done over the weekend" card, the same thing that has been said pretty much all 7 weeks that theyve had it. Overall, this place sucks, don't waste your time or money on these guys!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here once to fix my phone after having no problems with it for over 3 years, so they "fixed it" for 150 bucks and the NEXT WEEK the screen fell of so they said that will be 80$ they *fixed it* again AND ON THE RECEIPT THEY CHARGED 100$ AND TO THIS DAY (6 months later) IM STILL FINDING NEW PROBLEMS EVERY WEEK OR SO! I'm never going there again, save yourself the trouble, and go to an actual professional to get something done.

If you need your phone repaired the RIGHT way, come to these guys. They always compensate for your needs, and keep your priorities in mind. They stayed open until 10:30pm just to get me my phone the same day. These guys know how to keep customers!
