The park is very big so everyone has their own place to do what they want. There is a picnic area, play area for kids, and another area with benches and I’ve seen people study there. There are also benches surrounding the park.
Nice small park to rest and meditate when weather allows. Today I was greatful for the small path that had been made to allow a safer walk to cross the park. Park is now more lit at night than what it used to be a while back, safer for some people especially at night.
Thank you for paving the sidewalks so that they are actually manageable to push a stroller! So much better! And the landscaping is stunning. Especially in the spring when all the tulips are in bloom. Our favorite neighborhood park! We go there every day!
Bucolic Park across the street the historic Forest Hills community Center synagogue, The heartbeat of my neighborhood, you will find the older population playing chess And on Sundays performing Tai chi throughout the entire park making it feel electric and alive. Especially nice with the Sunday street fairs selling fruits and vegetables, Right across queens blvd you have the historic beautiful Ridgewood Savings Bank, which is 83 years old. And there is a planet fitness right behind the park. Sweet location.
Many thanks for the people who look after and clean up the Park. Please don't leave your garbage and throw it all over the place lets try to keep park clean for ourselves. Please throw your trash and cigarette buds into garbage can.
Best park. There are so many red winged blackbirds and it's so beautiful.
Nice place to sit down near Queens Blvd when the weather is nice. Popular with the pigeon feeders, watch out for assertive sparrows!

I really enjoy this park, it's located adjacent to Forest Park and the amazing walking trails and closed to the bandstand (across Woodhaven). There's a great track and plenty of areas for playing all types of sports. Plenty of shady areas with bench
Iâm a spring baby and this park was my haven this year. So many interesting surprises along my hike through it. One of my little gems. Itâs clean and never crowded. I spot blue jays and other colorful birds and wild cats. Feels great being wrap
If you have small kids, donât even think of going to other beaches at Far Rockaway but here. Iâve been taking my kids here every summer since 2018 and Iâve always found a parking spot for free right next to the playground. We ONLY go on weekday

Attended the park on Sunday evening for an event called the Dope Day Party. It goes from 3-pm - 10 pm. Got there around 7:30 and had a hard time finding parking. You can park on premises but at 7:30 when we got there the lot was full. Had a GREAT tim
